So far, Jamie and the team at JTR have converted the horrible old bathroom which was here when we moved in, turning it into a fresh modern space, full accessible by me but doesn’t look like an accessible bathroom. They have also arranged replacement of stairs at our house with a ramp and most recently a rip out of a boiler cupboard/pantry and a total refit including replumbing the boiler so that the various valves are useable.

Great service, great materials and workmanship, great staff and great end result.

JTR remodelled our kitchen a couple of months ago and I'm pleased to say that due to the high standard of installation, no snagging has been required at all. The kitchen was stripped back to bare walls and the ceiling lowered prior to plastering. The kitchen was completely rewired and the necessary plumbing carried out. JTR provided and coordinated all the trades required.
The kitchen fitters were particularly good, carrying out a very tidy job fitted with a good eye for detail.

On buying our new home, we saw that our kitchen space had potential for improved storage and use. We enquired with JTR Fitting, who visited and opened our minds to what was possible, and they communicated ideas without making them overwhelming or inconvenient to install. JTR Fitting swiftly took room measurements and, within a matter of days, generated a 3D model of a concept design to expand our kitchen fittings. We also visited the JTR Fitting Showroom to explore more of the options available, and asked for the model to be updated. JTR Fitting adapted the 3D model to accommodate our design preferences with a proactive approach. Once committed to the design, there was little more for us to do, as all the labour and materials were arranged for specific dates. The tradespeople who installed the kitchen were superb, attentive, steady-paced and personable. It was reassuring that, before installing certain aspects of the kitchen, they shared their experience/advice to double-check with us the shelf heights, counter positioning, and all aspects that affect the practical use of the kitchen. We always expected minor issues, but they were not a concern. When there were small issues, such as stock availability or a unique design request, JTR Fitting staff never allowed them to become a problem, and they took the initiative themselves to source and apply a solution.

If you are looking for kitchen suppliers to provide concepts of what is possible, take end-to-end administrative ownership, and have experienced fitters who have notable attention to detail, then I highly recommend JTR Fitting.

I contacted JTR and cannot fault this amazing company. Jamie made the entire process smooth and plain sailing, love his approach - so professional, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. I also am very impressed with the work that has been done, the fitter was lovely, he made sure all the little details were correct and the end product was just stunning. Jamie came out to assess what was required. A few days later he invited us to the showroom to finalise & amend plans as required. They started work as agreed & carried out works with a minimum amount of disruption to us. Works were completed to a very high standard in the agreed time. We are so happy with our new kitchen and the quality of the units and the appliances. It was an easy decision to choose JTR Fitting Ltd after visiting the showroom in Dollar and spending time with Jamie discussing our requirements. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - very patient too. His design for our kitchen works perfectly. Colin and Paul installed our kitchen. Lovely guys - an excellent team and very professional and tidy. I didn’t need to tidy or clean at all at the end of each day. They even put up a mirror for me when Jamie arranged for new doors, flooring etc to be fitted in the hall.
Great communication - Jamie is readily available and always kept us up to date which I really liked.
We will definitely contact Jamie when we are ready to update our bathroom.
