Can’t recommend this company enough
Can’t recommend this company enough - the booking was very easy and they picked us up from our hotel in calais and guided us through the pet reception and paperwork check at the tunnel, provided treats & water for our dog and dealt with all passport control procedures etc. dropped us at our car rental location in Dover as well. Very professional and kind. The driver also provided us with water, chocolates and snacks.

The driver was over 2hrs late to collect my…
The driver was 2hrs late to collect my wife at Orly Airport although he and his boss knew the flight arrival time of 8.20 a.m. and then allowing for customs and baggage claim, pickup time about 9.30 a.m. No driver at that time. My wife, in a wheelchair, with a cat carrier, and luggage was left to her own devices. Excuses that traffic was bad, and the ferry was delayed or some such excuse. So she had to wait over 2hrs 20 minutes for the driver to find her. So he did not meet her at the exit to baggage claim as promised. The owner gave some pathetic excuse about drivers not being available to meet anyone before 10.00 a.m. which of course he never mentioned although I went over the schedule and my wife special needs, as she was in a wheelchair and had a cat carrier too. This is supposed to be a reputable company with years of experience, but somehow the Paris traffic was a problem they did not know about. As far as I am concerned I would not use this company again, it was not cheap, but they assured me plenty of times that everything would be smooth and efficient. Rubbish. Lies. Incompetency and poor business practice. I don't suppose I'll get a refund. So stay away.

Reliable and trustworthy
Had a very smooth and comfortable experience with Pet Taxi Express.
Right from the point of booking until drop off, they’ve been helpful through every step. My taxi was waiting for me on time and they even helped me making my pet’s EU passport. They’re very detailed in their support.
They had water and a little snack for my pet and I appreciate that.
The car was very clean and spacious too.
💯 would recommend.
