After our car broke down in France, we felt completely stranded. Trying to figure out how to get across the Channel with our golden retriever was overwhelming as every option to return seemed closed off to us. Finding this company was an absolute godsend!

​From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Alexandra handled our initial booking and went above and beyond to make the arrangements as stress free as possible. She was incredibly responsive, even contacting Eurotunnel directly to amend booking times and avoid fees after further hiccups along the way. She was working late into the evening to make these changes, ensuring everything would go completely smoothly for us the next day.
​When Octavian collected us from our hotel, his warmth and professionalism immediately took the weight off our shoulders. He truly went the extra mile—his car was immaculate, providing a smooth, comfortable ride while offering water, helping with luggage and waiting patiently with us until our hire car was sorted. Most importantly, our dog was treated like royalty! She absolutely loved being chaperoned home and Octavian even gave us a little Polaroid photo of her from the journey.

The driver arrived in time and a very nice man with a comfortable car that fitted all my 7 luggage’s and my wife and I and Stuart, my chihuahua.

Really impressed with this company. Alexandra was super efficient in organising our journey from Brussels to Oxfordshire, the car was really comfortable (Mercedes estate) and our driver (Octavian) was fantastic. Really professional and so kind to our dog. He even took some photos of him lounging on the back seat and printed off copies for us with a handheld printer. Such a lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

Extremely professional service. Absolute clear communication. I was travelling from Boston to Paris and then to the UK. Alexandra made sure I have everything in place before I travel. I had the driver details who contacted me a day ahead and was at the airport 2 hours ahead of time. He did not rush me at all and throughout it was a customer first approach. I had the most relaxing time in the car, with my super exhausted small dog. The car was immaculate, had everything I needed - plenty water, comfy dog seat cover, sanitizer. I was terrified of the 8 hr drive as I generally get sick while om the road. Driver made sure we tool as many stops as we liked and was extremely professional. Also, they provided the best price.

We received the service to transport our family and our pets all together from Spain to UK, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Communication before the journey was excellent, with quick answers to all the questions I had. During the journey, the driver was friendly and caring with our pets, while also giving them the space they needed as they were meeting a new person.

What really stood out was how considerate they were of our whole family. They stopped whenever needed, whether it was for the pets or our 3-year-old son, which made such a difference on a long journey. The temperature in the vehicle was kept comfortable for the animals, and even the sound level was well judged — not completely silent, but never too loud or stressful for them.

Moving with pets and a young child is stressful enough, so having someone who understood that everyone has different needs made the whole experience so much easier. We felt that our pets and son were genuinely cared for rather than simply being transported from A to B.

We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pet transport company, particularly if you’re moving as a family. A really professional, caring and thoughtful service from start to finish.

Excellent service! Two drivers transported me and my dog by car from Vilnius to London with great professionalism and care. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the journey, making several stops both for me and for my dog so he could stretch his legs and go for walks. The trip was comfortable, well organized, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.
