They read their emails
I am not sure why my last two orders had the same error, but getting the issue corrected was as simple as a very short email, a screenshot, and a picture. Pets Are Kids responded within the hour and promised a correction immediately (and some research to find why the error came up a second time). Great to have such rapid service and someone that actually reads the emails that they get and responds with a sensible, intelligent message that shows they actually read what I wrote. I wish all pet product firms were like that.

I had to request a refund due to mistakes on my end, and they were so easy to work with and asked a ton of questions about my dogs well being and health. They truly care about their customers and it’s obvious they care about the pets too. Wonderful company and great customer support. I don’t say that often.
