DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I ordered two items but they sent me only one and did not resolve the issue after repeated emailing them. I reached out to the company multiple times and brought this issue to their attention but each time I have received contradictory shipping numbers in their different support emails. They have not sent me a refund or a replacement.

I'd like to begin by stating that if I could provide negative stars then I would. I'm actually about to contact my bank right now to dispute the charges from this company. I ordered a dog chew toy with a bandanna. I received a confirmation email with a link that should've provided me the order #, tracking info, etc... This link did NOT work. Fast forward a couple weeks later and my package comes in and it is NOT a dog toy/bandanna; rather a pen holder. What I actually ordered was a gift for a holiday gift exchange that's coming up soon and when attempting to contact the company, their phone number doesn't work. So, I emailed the company which is getting nowhere. They ask for a photo of the received item, then when I send it, they ask for even more photos. I wish I had done my research about this company prior to ordering because this company is obviously an overseas scam which I plan to report to FTC. BUYERS BEWARE!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They sent me a $400 cage that was damaged and when arrived the box was totally torn apart and there were parts missing...essential ones like the roof and the perches. I contacted them and they offered a full refund or replacement. I told them I wanted a replacement. They than emailed back and only offered 20% refund and said they don't have a replacement. I told them I want a full refund as offered originally than. They have now bot responded and the numbers to contact them....no one ever answers. Talk about a scam business!

I ordered what I thought was one case of mighty dog food for 16.46...when I got the order it was one can of dog food...I contacted customer service and they said write an email I said why should I write email I’m talking to you can you not help..they spoke like they were from India...wrote an email and received response that I got what I ordered...I responded with why would I order one can of dog food for 16.46 and furthermore why would you sale one can of dog food for 16.46...told I could return for refund less 25% for restocking fee....total scam..I will be contacting the better business bureau

Ordered a YML bird cage and received it with a damaged bar. Tried repeatedly to reach someone and could not. Tried emailing the damage to them and they kept sending an automated response to send pictures... which I was sending!! All I wanted was a price adjust. Will NOT buy from this company again because the customer service SUCKS! Will buy my next cage from Walmart!

I place an order and never got my product (or a confirmation email). I called their customer service number which has a 281 area code but based on the accents I think I was speaking to someone in India. I called several times and I was told to call back in an hour multiple times. Never why I had to call back because I could never understand what they were saying.
During one of my calls I finally got someone to tell me that the product I ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was told that I would get it in 3-4 business days. That never happened. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back.
Just stay away from Petocart, they are a total SCAM!!!!!!
Beware- fraudulent listings, terrible customer service
This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The listings are very misleading and fraudulent. The customer service is outsourced to India and the representatives can barely speak English. I couldn’t even understand the representative I spoke with and he eventually just hung up on me. I ordered squid for fishing bait- the posting stated I was purchasing a “4 pack of brined whole squid” with a weight of 3.2 pounds. To be accurate, the listing should have stated “1 package containing 4 squid “ because that’s what I received. The weight was not even close to 3 pounds, it was less than an ounce!!!! I’m not sure how this place has not been shut done. Read the reviews.......this place is shady......I regret giving them my credit card number.
Misleading item listings and Horrible Customer Service
Placed an order for what appeared to be a case of pet pads, cost approximately $30. Paid for purchase through Amazon Payments. Recieved large Amazon box that was EXTREMELY light; found it had one pack containing 3 pet pads instead of a case of 72 pads that I was expecting.
Contacted Customer Service via email; questioned why I hadn't recieved my full order. Was told that my order appeared to be correct and that the photos I sent of what was recieved matched up with what I ordered.
Attempted to use their online option to request that I be able to return what was recieved for a full refund. Online form indicates that I will be contacted by the appropriate department, but have heard nothing back after waiting several days. Keep checking my spam mail folder but no missed messages there.
Do not shop at this site; any percieved prices that look fair could be hiding a scam on the buyers!
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
I ordered a cat toy and was sent a different toy (one that I already have). I contacted Petocart by phone and the Representative was very rude and told me that I would need to send my request by email. I then emailed the company explaining that I had received the wrong toy. I received a response 24 hours later instructing me to send photo's of the item that I received, which I did. I received another response by email 24 hours later telling me that someone would contact me with 48 hours with return instructions. I just received the email now tell me to re-package the toy and take to the post office. Please do not buy anything from this company as they have horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong item and they have no remorse or accountability.

It’s a huge scam! I paid $60 for a fish tank ornament and it’s been 3 weeks and I still have yet to receive it. When I contact this company they say they don’t have a tracking number and they don’t know why I haven’t received it. How doesn’t a company have tracking numbers? This is a big scam please don’t buy from them!
