Breed Selection Ambiguity
I'm unsure why, after selecting that my dog is a cross-breed (i.e. a roughly 50/50 genetic mix of two pedigree breeds), I'm then required to choose which breed is considered the "dominant" breed.
For many cross-breeds, there isn't a clear or objectively identifiable dominant breed, and it's unreasonable to expect either owners or their vets to make that determination. It also creates uncertainty about whether a future claim could be challenged if the insurer disagrees with the breed selected.
A better approach would be to either:
Allow owners to specify all breeds that make up the dog's mix; or
If a dog is identified as a cross-breed/mixed breed, don't require a single breed to be selected at all.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I contacted the company a few days before my renewal date to cancel my dog’s insurance, and they confirmed that my cancellation request had been processed. Despite this, they still charged my account on the renewal date.
I contacted customer service again as soon as I noticed the payment, but I have received no response for several days. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I expected the company to honor the confirmed cancellation and resolve the issue promptly. I hope they refund the incorrect charge as soon as possible.

Terrible terrible terrible service
Terrible terrible terrible service! Tried to change my payment with them and after 8+ calls and countless of promises that they will sort it out, they never did. After about two months I was finally told I can make a complaint because there is nothing they can do, leaving my pet uninsured. They claim to have a problem with their system and can’t change my payment or even get me logged into my account. I had to email them and call them constantly for the issue to be resolved which it never was. Everyday they promised me that they will send me an email to change my payment and they never did. They promised me it would be sorted out and that my pet would not be left without cover. So many empty promises and time wasted trying to fix this issue. They admitted that it is their fault and that I can make an official complaint if I want. I did that and still nothing! Ridiculous service and very poor customer service. I trusted them and they broke every promise made and left my pet without cover which they promised wouldn’t happen
