I ordered a water fountain for my cats, but got a phone call to say the one I ordered was out of stock. They offered a refund, or to send me some similar models I could order instead. I chose a model that was a bit higher spec and higher price, and they sent it straight away at no extra cost. Great service! Would highly recommend:)
