Fast and efficient- what more could I want.

It was my first time ordering Caninsulin and it was great, order left your warehouse on the 9th March and was at my house in Adelaide by lunch time on the 10th - nice and cold!!

Products delivered on time, well packaged and at a reasonable price.

I just wanted to start off by saying that I purchased Interactive Lick Mat Feeder Enrichement Toy for my dog & the first time I gave it to him he absolutely loved it.  He must have spent 1/2 hour on it.
The second time he used it though he was able to put a hole in the ball in the centre.  I do think this is a
good enrichment toy but it may need a
more durable ball.

Terrible service. Order wasn’t packed for several days. I had to follow it up to get it sent, and that process took far too much of my time for something so simple. Package is taking a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered as I still don’t have it and you’ve already requested feedback. Tracking says it hasn’t even reached the Adelaide depot yet it’s due for delivery today - don’t fill me with hope I’ll get it before the end of the week. Won’t use Pet Chemist again, regardless of discounts.

Amazing turnaround. Checked with my vet with two hours of receiving order. Order out within 24hrs. Super impressed. Definitely would buy from them again.

UPDATE: I decided to give Pet Chemist another try in hopes that it was a one off and my order had somehow been missed. This time round they were prompt with fulfilling the order and had it shipped off after the easter holiday period (under a week). Will keep purchasing from them given they don't take 2 weeks just to fulfill my order.

PREVIOUS REVIEW 03/08/26: Order purchased on the 25th of Feb is still awaiting fulfilment today 9th of March. Nearly 2 weeks of no updates, will be contacting for a refund as I've been having to buy locally as the delivery times are no where near as advertised on their website.
