Buyers beware....
I ordered a flea treatment for my dog, however it was not dispatched in time due to shipping issues on their end. As I needed the product urgently, I purchased it locally and emailed to cancel my order. I was advised it had already been shipped and was told to mark the parcel “Return to Sender” upon arrival and repost it back to them for a full refund.
I followed these instructions exactly. Over the next two weeks, I contacted them multiple times (after 7, 10, 14, and 16 days) to follow up on the refund. Each time, I was told they had not received the returned item and therefore could not process the refund.
As there was no progress, I opened a PayPal dispute and successfully obtained a refund. After the dispute was opened, they contacted me asking me to close it so they could refund me directly. This was clearly misleading, as they could have processed the refund at any time prior to, or during, the dispute.
Buyers beware: I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company. They do not honour commitments and have repeatedly misled me. Only use PayPal or a payment method with strong buyer protection, because without it, you risk losing your money if something goes wrong. If you ever have to raise a PayPal dispute and they ask you to close the dispute so they can refund you, DON'T!! Just another tactic so they can keep your money. Trust completely gone now and never buying from them again.

Would give zero if i could. I placed an order which was not confirmed by VetSupply, but money taken from my account. No information given about delivery timing let alone providing the product ordered.
This simply is a fraud.

Never had a problem, quick to let me know if something is out of stock. Have bought all my pets their flea and tick treatments here for 12 months. Has saved me a considerable amount of money.
"100% satisfaction guarantee" is a joke
Discovered their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is meaningless. Contacted them when delivery didn't arrive within 48 hours as normal. Told to wait a bit longer. Three weeks and three emails later, they are still sending the same "wait a bit longer" email. Had to dispute the transaction with my bank in order to get refund for goods that never arrived.

Order placed on 1 December, sent on 3 December… Still hasn’t arrived.
Customer service rep I spoke to was incredibly rude. Cutting me off, not letting me speak. Wouldn’t purchase from here again

I ordered the tick treatment for my cats on 18/11/2025, but so far today 1/12/2025, nothing has been received.
I've tried to contact the support team, and they claimed the delay issue first. I asked for the tracking no. and they said they used mail service, so no tracking no., which is really ridiculous, like what merchant will use letter mail service to ship the boxes. I also checked with AU post, only 3-5 business days for mail service and there is no way as what they said.
Everyone Has to avoid this company, and I am trying to dispute my money back.

Have used them on and off for yrs, but last 6mth or so service isn't like it used to be &after yesterday's episode l will never use them again.
Was in hospital, they sent invoice for payment of my regular automatic delivery THREE TIMES IN HALF AN HOUR . I went to pay it first thing this morning and they'd cancelled the invoice!! When asked why.... was told because of my email last night which only said " you only have to ask me once, NOT 3 times in half hour"!!!
Found item at better price elsewhere.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! Ordered and paid for tick treatment 28/09/25 still hasn’t arrived 30/10/25. Called several times only to be told it’s in the post with no tracking. Please be wary and suggest ordering elsewhere if you want to actually receive your items.

I ordered some tick treatment for my dogs coasting 238 dollars and paid for Express post $12 . 7 days have passed and no sight of my order, Vet supply don't seem to be very worried about it saying it will turn up. Tracking has stopped and now no Tick treatment and out of pocket $238 dollars. I'll never buy off this company again and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone. FIND MY ORDER OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

Ordered worming tablets on 13/8/25 ............. still waiting. Sent an email eventually got a response stating 3-10 days for delivery, I've been waiting 12 days. Followed up with a phone call, still got the standard response of 3-10 days, apparently I need to keep an eye on my mailbox. What I'd like to keep my on eye is the tracking, oh that's right there isn't any. Without a shadow of a doubt, the worst company to deal with. Don't bother trying to save a few dollars. They are absolutely useless, I'd give minus 5 stars if I could. Oh and I still haven't received my worming tablets and it's now 15 days.

Lost freight and constant calls
I ordered some products for my dog. I found it unusual that no tracking information was supplied when my order shipped, only advise that I should wait a minimum of 10 business days before contacting them regarding late orders. I found this quite odd based on all the other online shopping I do. Regardless I have them the benefit of doubt.
After waiting a bit over the 10 business day minimum I contacted them to see if they could help and was told to wait another week and they guaranteed it would arrive. Waited the extra week and still no delivery so I contacted them confirming I did not arrive and given it had been nearly 4 weeks by that point I just requested a refund, I had already had to buy the goods from elsewhere as it was medication my dog was now overdue to take.
I would have been fine to leave it at that, I work in logistics I know parcels get lost from time to time however I have now been called 3 or 4 times and had multiple emails in the weeks past checking to see if the parcel has arrived yet so they can charge me again for the goods. Pestering your customers like that is not a good look! Take the ~$100 loss up with whoever does your parcel delivery if it’s such a big deal. Will not be shopping with them again.

I purchased PAW By Blackmores Wellness And Vitality Multi Vitamin For Dogs 300g from Vet Supply, they are advertised on their site as ‘highly palatable’ however they smell terrible and my Papillon wouldn’t eat a single supplement. Vet Supply refused to refund the product despite their site advertising a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, they told me to contact the manufacturer.

Placed an order for Bravecto Spot-On Treatment for my dogs totalling over $85. 2 weeks has passed and I have not recieved the item nor was I sent any tracking information. I subsequently emailed VetSupply asking for tracking information and this was their initial generic reply "Please note, we have been notified by our shipping partner that there are substantial delays in the deliveries in some regions due to staff shortages. We request you to allow some additional working days for the delivery." I then asked once again for the tracking details to subsequently then receive this reply "To offer free shipping, we ship the orders through Australia Post letter mail service in a satchel. Hence, we do not have a tracking number available for such parcels." So in effect they are stating that they used Australia Post's untraceable letter mail service which is intended for LETTERS not products costing over $85 and after 2 weeks I still have not recieved the item (which my dogs are now overdue for) and I have no way of tracking the parcel to find out where it is. Stay away from this dodgy business!
