The quality and beauty of the product far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order from personalized keyrings again in the future.

The product was amazing, exactly what I was wanting. and my local postal service lost my package. but "Personalisedreyrings" kept me updated and helped me so much.

Very disappointing as there is no tracking and we cannot follow up on the shipping. The company advertises 5-7 days and it's now 15 days and we are not going to make it for the Valentine's Day gift timeline. I would never buy from this site again. Now, just waiting for this wasted gift to actually arrive so that it may be used possibly in the future. It has ruined our gift giving experience for sure.

Delivery was promised within 5-7 days and it’s now been a month without any update on the parcel other than “it’s been shipped”. They don’t provide a tracking code for you to see the status of the parcel. Also the company is based overseas, not in NZ which they cheekily hide in their details that you have to hunt for, so this being hidden alongside the claim of delivery in 5-7 days through NZ Post makes you think you’re buying within NZ. Super disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas gift and based on all their details it should have arrived around the 15th of December.

Edited to add - the keyrings arrived on January 9th, and they are terrible. I ordered the laser engraved keyrings. They look washed out and the detail promised on the keyrings is severely lacking. Personalisedkeyrings also contacted me asking to take down my review in exchange for a refund, but I’d rather people be aware of the poor quality and services they are getting.

I purchased a personalised leather bottle opener keyring for my partner & he loved it!! The quality was great & it was exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

The keyring is beautiful and exactly as it looked on the page before purchase. Took a couple of weeks to arrive, so important to consider to buy with time if it's a gift! When I contacted them to have info on the tracking, they got back to me quickly! Great service!

Was really impressed with the product initially. Though after having my key ring on my keys for less then three months it went missing! Then my partners one I got at the same time did the same thing a few weeks later. Really disappointing as I loved the product but wasn’t made to last :(

My key ring is perfect! The engraving made it so so special and it’s really great quality! It definitely took its time getting to me so make sure to order in advance but when it gets to you it’s so worth it!

Don't be fooled, you're not buying from a New Zealand company nor New Zealand made. They use .nz on their web address but I have discovered they do that in many countries. They are actually in Gibraltar, shipping from Switzerland and website hosted in Austria.
The website claims to use NZ Post claiming items will arrive in 5 to 7 days. There is no tracking of your item. When I emailed them they said they send as a standard letter so no tracking available. I've seen other reviews from Ireland where items take much longer or don't arrive at all. The Irish reviewers also thought they were buying from Ireland and Irish made. I am now worried about my credit card details and have started to receive scam emails stating I've won things. Could be related. I'd be very cautious before buying from this company.
