Easy to use and price pretty similar to local tour operators

Very responsive when I had a problem with my eSIM installation, so it was fixed very quickly.
Also used the airport car service … very clean limo, English speaking driver.
Both products competitively priced.

Need to check for further enquiry, but customer service response is very take time to reply email/ message. Wish can be improve on this.

I had no expectations other than discounts but after using them I'm more than satisfied with all they have to offer.

Since I started using Pelago I have not had any issues. The range of activities and the associated prices are reasonable to me. I appreciate the exclusive discounts available to me as a passenger of Singapore Airlines/Scoot. The booking process was seamless, and I received confirmation along with prompt follow-up from the service providers.

Failed to receive OTP on mobile number when logging in with Krisflyer. I called Singapore Airlines helpdesk and they said the issue is with Pelago as I could receive the OTP when logging in to Singapore Airlines app and website. Raised similar issue with Pelago helpdesk and they said the issue is with Singapore Airlines. Very disappointed with the lack of ownership in both helpdesk.

The product is good but the customer service is bad. They have no respect to customer service. What I say is god truth your opinion I don’t care. It’s ok if you don’t encounter problem but if problem happens …. Bang head on wall

Absolutely brilliant, drive / tour guide had a lot of knowledge and inform us about everything saw and did.

Unable to assist with change of bus route number from no. 6100 to 6001. Such a simple request yet unable to get your bus company partner for such a simple request. Now I have effectively lost the money. In future will not book via Pelago unless there is no other alternative.
