Easy to order and delivered quickly

Great that they are in a pair, as of you only need one you have a spare for when one is in the wash!! Such an easy preventative measure against the bunion becoming worse, and still comfy enough to wear whilst doing stuff indoors so you can train your toe for hours,as you couldn't wear them with outdoor shoes. and fast postage!

The product has still not arrived in spite of resubmission of my delivery address.
I have asked for a refund. That too has not been dealt with. Not recommended.
It has arrived. About 6 week delay.

Easy to use and seems to working, not expensive and of course better than surgery so it's worth the money, but I think we need to keep it more than 2 weeks,one month possibly to get a good result, am happy with pedineo,thanks

Easy to fit, and comfortable to wear. I sleep on mine. Too soon to say whether they work or not, but up to now all good.

Just short - small business they charge the earth for products that you can get from Amazon or Temu for a couple of ££s and their products are sent without original packaging, just in a jiffy envelope, so don’t bother! Don’t get ripped off like me and others did. And they are based in France. I saw their advertisement through Facebook.

I would never purchase anything from this company again. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing my order but was told it couldn’t be cancelled and I’d have to wait for the package. 2 weeks later, package arrived and I contact the company to say I want to return and get a refund. Responses take between 4-5 days and I have was very unhelpfully told I have to bear the cost of returning the package, create my own label and will only get a refund if the item is in perfect condition. Postage has cost me a fortune. The name is totally deceptive as it’s NOT based in London but in Paris France instead. Customer services were rude and unhelpful.

Appalling customer service. I tried to cancel my order the next day but was told it had allegedly been “sent out for delivery”. Once the package was received I didn’t open it as I wanted a full refund. As requested I emailed them and they asked for photos of the package which I provided stating that the package had not been opened and requested details on how to return item in order to obtain a refund. I've just been ignored. They are quick to take your money but have intention of giving you a refund and do not respond despite me emailing them on 3 occasions asking for details on how to return the package. There is no information on their website containing details of a return address - just a contact form for the customer to complete and send by email. Avoid this company as they are unprofessional.

I'm only wearing these at night because I'm busy in and outside all day and you can walk fine in them but you can't get any footwear on.theyre comfortable to wear and easy to put on. I've not noticed a great difference yet but they haven't got any worse. I'm confident they'll work though.
