From start to finish, the service and support we received was exemplary and Helen Preston / Lindsay Foreman ensured we were kept up to date with the process and enabled us to complete within a tight timeline given the period of validity of a valuation for this purpose is short. Dealing with the Homes and Communities Agency was stressful, but working with Helen / Lindsay was not. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this firm. Communication was consistently poor, and my emails frequently went unanswered. When I raised a formal complaint about the lack of responsiveness, the firm dropped my case just one week before my final court hearing. They appear to be significantly understaffed and lacked the professional responsibility required to manage my matter effectively. I would not recommend their services.
