This is the first time that I have dealt with Peak Watches, and without doubt the overall experience was first class. I was looking for a specific Rolex watch and spoke with Adam at Peak Watches to see if he could source this watch for me. Within a couple of days I was contacted by Adam to say that he had found a suitable watch that met my requirements. All parts of the transaction from initial contact with Adam until collection of the watch yesterday were straight forward, and without issue. The watch is superb, and at an extremely good price. After following peak watches for some time on social media and a friend who knows Rolex watches very well also following them I decided to enquire about a watch that my husband had been after for sometime. He was also messaging them about it to try and convince himself it was a purchase that he 'needed'

After some information which Adam was very helpful and forthcoming with, I decided to pay the deposit to secure the watch... And little did my husband know!!!!

I told Adam that it was a secret and to please just say to him it had been sold. After dinner he plucked up the courage and messaged Adam to say he would have the watch. Adam played along perfectly and told him it was sold - he was distraught!!!!!!

The next day Adam sent over the invoices and re assured me that the purchase was ok as of course I had reservations, sending a large sum of money to someone I had never met and for something I'd never seen. After a nerve wracking 24 hours the watch was delivered and exactly as they described. It's faultless, stunning, fully boxed and papered. I am so so chuffed with it. Best of all, that evening I presented it to my husband who was amazed about the watch and the sneeky transaction he couldn't believe it!!!

What I'm trying to say is the service was better than you would even get by going direct to Rolex. Adam really knew his stuff and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
The watch is incredible and the outcome was fantastic.
