the cpu works well without any problems and the guy who shipped it was really nice and answered any questions I had and kept me updated while sending it out for delivery, it also came with next day delivery for free and was a lot cheaper then anywhere else

Customer service here was immaculate. They message you individually to let you know your order is shipped, and give some good instructions on how to install. I even got a voice message personally thanking me! CPU works perfect, arrived fast, and I'm a happy PC gamer now!

Amazing price for the CPU
Amazing price for the CPU, seller followed up with up to date tracking information and clear instructions on how to upgrade and potential issues (with my existing set up) with resolutions on how to fix them if encountered when installing the new cpu. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. About a month after buying my CPU my PC went down and I suspected it was the CPU. The team at PC Tec where extremely helpful and had me ship it back free of charge the assess the CPU. Turns out the CPU was ok and the problem was else where but PC Tec where extremely helpful in diagnosing. They even sent the CPU back to me free of charge!

Fantastic company to order from. Superb communication from the second I purchased the processor, clear updates on when the order was packed and sent off with images to show this too.
The processor was incredibly well packaged which is obviously important giving the sensitive nature of the processor. The provided thermal paste came in very handy as I misplaced my regular tube prior to installing!
Would definitely buy from again and recommend to others!

Really happy with my experience! I bought a Ryzen 5 9600X but had to return it for an AM4 chip, and the return process was super smooth and hassle-free. They were really helpful throughout and I ended up with a Ryzen 7 5600X. Great service from start to finish — highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
