Beyond pleasant experience. Being one of the few places to find a 5500X3D, I bit the bullet and ordered it here. They kept contact every step of the way from preparing to shipping. I went from a 3900X to a 5500X3D, Purely for Tarkov, it's easily doubled my FPS coupled with a 4070. FPS lows are far more stable. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Will definitely order from here again.

Spot on experience, couldnt ask for better. Purchased a cpu, fast delivery, WhatsApp advice, help, and tips. Can't say enough good things.
Thank you again

Great communication, fast delivery and the product was spot on, thank you!

First class service including personal updates with Whatsapp.
It was nice to receive a personal touch throughout.
Item was exactly as described. Arrived on time.
Will be doing business again with PC Tec Highly recommend

So giving a absolutely well deserved 5 star as the boss man here was fantastic every step of the way and has been more then helpful in relation to testing once I put the cpu in my pc can't thank him enough.

Customer service on point - true dedication from Safwaan and you can tell he enjoys his job 👍 Royal Mail took a bit longer than they should've to get it to me (ordered late Monday, dispatched Tuesday, arrived Friday), but this was no fault of PC Tec. All-in-all happy with the price and service overall 👏

Safwaan, if I could give you 10/10 I would! Excellent customer service from initial purchase all the way to delivery at my front door. He kept in constant communication which was great, and even helped me out when I had a problem with the installation. Couldn’t recommend him/PC Tek UK enough! Will definitely be ordering from you again when I need my next upgrades.

Good cpu, good advice, fast delivery. You get what you purchased.

really quick communication, good prices, clear product listing and photos, quick dispatch and dilivery, even included advice for people who didnt know to update a bios for a newer cpu.

Very quick delivery (arrived 2 days after purchasing, no issues with the delivery process) and Safwaan is very helpful with the instructions given following CPU installation. PC Tec UK offers very good customer service and high quality products. I would highly recommend to buy your components from them.

Really fast real and grateful it included thermal paste

Very good service with info and further help if needed. Product works expected.

I received the CPU promptly and with installation instructions. The installation went without issue and the CPU passed the stress tests. Top service!

I do recommend PC Tec as I'm really impressed of their professionalism. Got the item quickly in perfect condition. Had a support from them how to build, run and maintain my new computer.
