Έκανα παραγγελία στις 24/07 και σήμερα συμπληρώνω πανω απο 110 ημέρες αναμονής, χωρίς καμία ξεκάθαρη ημερομηνία παράδοσης.
Κάθε φορά που ζητούσα ενημέρωση, έπαιρνα μόνο έτοιμα μηνύματα-καρμπόν, χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική απάντηση.
Και όταν εξέφρασα απλή δυσαρέσκεια;
Αντί για εξυπηρέτηση, πήρα απειλητικές απαντήσεις με αναφορές σε ποινικούς κώδικες — λες και ο πελάτης δεν έχει δικαίωμα να ρωτήσει πού βρίσκεται η παραγγελία που έχει πληρώσει.

Παρήγγειλα ένα laptop αρχες καλοκαιριού μέσω της καμπάνιας Presales -70%, αποδεχόμενη το όριο των 20–60 εργάσιμων ημερών. Όχι μόνο δεν παρέλαβα ποτέ το προϊόν, αλλά η εταιρεία δεν έστειλε καμία ενημέρωση για πρόσθετη καθυστέρηση — κάτι που είναι υποχρέωσή της σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 18 της Οδηγίας 2011/83/ΕΕ.

Όταν ρώτησα για την παραγγελία, οι απαντήσεις ήταν αόριστες, αυστηρές και αποθαρρυντικές, χωρίς να δίνονται πραγματικές πληροφορίες για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας. Παρά το γεγονός ότι οι 60 εργάσιμες ημέρες είχαν παρέλθει, η εταιρεία απαντούσε μόνο ότι «είναι εντός προθεσμίας» και ότι η σύμβαση δεν τροποποιείται, χωρίς να αναφέρει κανέναν τεκμηριωμένο λόγο καθυστέρησης.

Ακόμα και τώρα, το προϊόν δεν έχει παραδοθεί και εξακολουθώ να μην έχω σαφές χρονοδιάγραμμα. Η επικοινωνία είναι ψυχρή, τυποποιημένη και δεν βοηθά τον καταναλωτή. Σημερα παρατηρρησα οτι η ιστοσελιδα τους δεν λειτουργει πλεον. Αρα απατη.

Παραγγελία #75497 Αναπάντητο ερώτημα από 19/09/2025, τηλεφώνησα στο σταθερό 2310488122 να ρωτήσω τι συμβαίνει και ο κύριος με τον οποίο μίλησα μου είπε να στείλω στο Viber, όταν είπα πως έχω στείλει ΚΑΙ email ΚΑΙ μήνυμα στο Viber το οποίο έχει μείνει αναπάντητο από τις 19 Σεπτεμβρίου 2025 η απάντηση που έλαβα ήταν "ωραία και τι να κάνω εγώ;" Σήμερα έχουμε 13/11/2025:)
Η πληρωμή είναι μέσω Klarna, έκανα αίτημα επιστροφής χρημάτων μέσω τής εφαρμογής τής Klarna και επίσης επικοινώνησα με το support τους τηλεφωνικά και η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε, όταν άκουσε το πρόβλημά μου, μου είπε πως υπάρχουν πολλαπλές παρόμοιες αναφορές για αυτό το κατάστημα.
Κάτι ακόμα, σου λένε να στείλεις email, ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΑΥΤΟ ΤΟ EMAIL.
Σε τηλεφωνική μου επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα για αίτημα ακύρωσης παραγγελίας, μου είπαν πως δεν γίνεται.

Ήμουν κι εγώ θύμα αυτού του καταστήματος. Αν αγοράσατε από αυτούς τους απατεώνες με την τραπεζική σας κάρτα, μπορείτε να πάρετε τα χρήματά σας πίσω χρησιμοποιώντας τη λεγόμενη διαδικασία «Διαφωνίας Συναλλαγής» της τράπεζάς σας (αναζητήστε στο διαδίκτυο με τις λέξεις: name of your bank pdf forma amfisbitisis sunallagis ).

I just received my Dell Precision 7730. It delayed around 1 and half month but I finally received. A real good bargain for 400 euros (around 81% cheaper than the original price in the market). Thanks guys ! Do the right job there....

I ordered a refurbished laptop in July through this website, paying with my credit card. The product was never delivered, despite several months passing, and I did not receive a clear delivery date. I contacted them multiple times via email, but only received automated responses.

I ultimately disputed the transaction with my bank and was refunded.

I am sharing my experience to inform other consumers, so they are aware and can take appropriate action (through their bank or the Consumer Protection Agency) if they face a similar situation.

Κωλυσιεργία παράδοσης προπληρωμένου refurbished laptop.
Μετά από περίπου ένα μήνα από την παραγγελία, δεν έχει γίνει ακόμη παράδοση.
Μετά από επικοινωνία, η εταιρεία επικαλέστηκε όρους που προβλέπουν δυνατότητα παράδοσης έως και 120 ημέρες — κάτι που, ειλικρινά, δεν είχα προσέξει κατά την αγορά.
Δεν έχω ακόμη σαφή ενημέρωση για το πότε θα γίνει η αποστολή.
Η εταιρεία φαίνεται νόμιμη και υπαρκτή, αλλά χρειάζεται προσοχή: η ελληνική νομοθεσία (Ν. 2251/1994) προβλέπει ότι η καθυστέρηση πέραν των 30 ημερών πρέπει να αντιμετωπίζεται με διαφάνεια και ενημέρωση προς τον καταναλωτή.

Don't trust this market place for buy laptops/pc or you loose money trust me I am victim of them,I have order a laptop from there at 26/5/2025 and still coming,no one send me something for my laptop and they put me into black list without reason.For more details send me.

Do not even look at it is a scam if you love your money and your mental health more than a low price just stay away unreliable store they do not respect your money. My personal opinion is they will disappear very soon with all the hard working money they take from the costumers

IF there was 0 star that would be the best for them .i ordered in 13/6/25 and said to deliver within 60 working days by tomorrow and now they are asking another 60 working days extension . Unbelievable! According to some presales -70% order rules .I asked for a refund and said this is not possible in this category , i have to wait!!! I have this all in email by them .

Absolute scam. I ordered laptop A, they sent me a different laptop (let's call it B), and they claim they sent me laptop C.

This site is practically a scam. They don’t deliver, they are delaying the orders using excuses and technicalities. They reply to mails with subtle threats to intimidate the client. Stay clear.

I placed an order with PCrama.gr on Paypal (merchant name: DIVINECHARM) on April, 2025. I cancelled the order on May after they told me I had to wait another month. There was no shipment.

They refused to refund me (because they think their "policies" are above the law), so I disputed the charge via PayPal.

They countered my dispute by submitting documents, including one where they forged my name, of a shipment TO A DIFFERENT PERSON in April, even though they were privately telling me to wait for the shipment until June.

It's easy to verify the discrepancy in all documents, including the forged one, because they all include the tracking number to the different person. Yet their bravado, combined with PayPal's inability to read Greek, worked and PayPal decided in their favor!

Update: they have removed their PayPal option. Perhaps this has something to do with my bank questioning PayPal's ability to tell an obvious scam ?

Update2: My bank (Piraeus) has accepted my dispute and refunded the charge.

Bottom line: I paid for a laptop that would take 3 weeks, 3-months later something else arrived, without my knowledge or approval. Order a laptop from PCRAMA on 15 FEB 25, told will be about 2-3 weeks. After 2 months, requested a refund. Must wait 60 business days, so have to wait another month. After 3 months, I requested a refund again. Said they don’t have that model I requested and they offered me an alternative. The alternative was not the same type and lower specs in all areas. So, I refuse their offer. Was silent for a week and requested my refund again. Said the refund would be approved in 2-5 days. A week later, a “below spec computer” shows up at my door. The don’t reply to my emails anymore.
