It's good nowadays to get a workman who knows what he is doing. He was quick and efficient and explained to me the reason for the leaky tap. He replaced it very quickly, tested it to make sure the problem was fixed. I would recommend him and the company to family and friends. Thankyou for a job well done.

The team of designers were great
The team of designers were great. The showroom had great selection of kitchens to see and I have was shown the options I could have. Fitting went very well. The contractor was lovely, very tidy worker and great and sorting out those little snags they come across occasionally. He finished on time and it looks great. I rate Paula Rose highly. Great kitchen company
I wasn’t aware that there was a kitchen company in Lancing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Paula Rosa on my door step. Armed with my kitchen sizes I met with Tony at the showroom. He asked me all sorts of questions on colours and handles and what I was after. A few days later I got the pictures and quote. Fast forward a few weeks and the kitchen was booked for fitting. The kitchen arrived when expected and the fitting team set to work. They were clean and courteous throughout the time at my house. There were a couple of small issues that were fixed right away, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

We recently had a full kitchen supplied and installed by Paula Rosa Kitchens, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very first design meeting, Alastair was exceptional. He really listened to what we wanted, understood how we use our space day to day, and turned that into a kitchen design that is not only beautiful but incredibly practical. His attention to detail and product knowledge gave us total confidence we were in the right hands.
What really set this apart was that it wasn’t just a kitchen supply they handled everything. The fitting team were professional, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. The worktops, flooring, lighting and painting were all coordinated seamlessly, which made the whole process completely stress free for us. Every trade that came into the house was polite, respectful and worked to a very high standard.
Communication throughout was brilliant. We always knew what was happening and when, and any small questions were dealt with quickly and professionally. The finish is superb you can see the quality in every detail.
It’s rare these days to find a company that delivers on design, service and execution, but Paula Rosa Kitchens and especially Alastair absolutely did.
I would recommend them to anyone locally in Storrington and surrounding areas without hesitation.
A genuinely 5-star experience.
