Martin did a great job installing extra cabinets in my utility room. He managed to come up with a good solution to a problem we encountered and I’m delighted with the end result. Clive was absolutely brilliant! He sorted our blown down lights and corrected the installation of all the kitchen Plinths! Work was done to an amazing standard. Clive also noticed a couple of other bits that weren’t quite right and fixed these for us also! Great service which is often hard to come by these days! Thanks again Clive!!

We were very impressed with the staff, who were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and gave good advice.
Quality of our order, when received, was also exceptional. A couple of hiccups, one being ours, which were quickly resolved by Tracy, who looked after us from our first enquiry until completion.
Overall, we were very impressed!

Always excellent customer service. The Sales Dept are knowledgeable, and attentive, providing an efficient, friendly service. The fitters are very experienced, knowledgeable & friendly, taking care in my home to get everything just right, leaving the area clean and tidy, having vacuumed and removed packaging. I always think of Paula Rosa first for my kitchen as I know the order will be monitored and well managed and the fitting will be expertly handled.
