Excellent experience. Invoice arrived promptly. Easy to pay. Much easier than dealing with the clinic directly. I have used doctors that do their own billing and this is far superior.

Patient billing cherry pick, they only bill the insurance patients properly. They do none of the hard work involved with Arab embassies or even the US embassy and have no idea how to bill these payers... Mehr ansehen

Great customer service

Ajay was clear and concise about possible reason for why I was unable to make payment online, but he quickly assured me that I could make payment whilst on the call with him. Process was quick and efficient and Ajay explained everything clearly.

The service is just about satisfactory

The service is just about satisfactory. The invoicing and payments are not transparent and therefore difficult to identify that full payments have been received.
More frequent and regular updates are necessary to remain satisfied with completeness of the invoicing.

Unimpressive service

Unimpressive service. Need to constantly chase them to provide statements of payments made to me despite promising to send these routinely. Very poor portal site compared with Medserv or MBC. No way to review progress of payments. Poor record for getting excess payments. High staff turnover and messages not passed on when someone leaves.

Two years working with Patient Billing

We began working with Patient Billing in January 2024 after realising that a significant amount of time and manpower was being used chasing aged debt and managing daily accounts.
Since then, their team has helped us recover a phenomenal number of outstanding payments and has alleviated the daily stress associated with payment management. In addition, they’ve supported us in renegotiating our rates with all the insurance providers.
The Patient Billing team is highly effective, responsive, and consistently available. Partnering with them has given us true peace of mind.
