The service is just about satisfactory. The invoicing and payments are not transparent and therefore difficult to identify that full payments have been received.
More frequent and regular updates are necessary to remain satisfied with completeness of the invoicing.

Unimpressive service. Need to constantly chase them to provide statements of payments made to me despite promising to send these routinely. Very poor portal site compared with Medserv or MBC. No way to review progress of payments. Poor record for getting excess payments. High staff turnover and messages not passed on when someone leaves.
