I did send a request for help to the support email but have heard nothing. I can't be the only one experiencing this problem. What is the point in having medical insurance if you can't claim?
This company has a practice of calling, hanging up when you answer and logging it as a contact.
Then they send you an email saying you haven't responded to an invoice that they have previously sent you (which they haven't).
On the email, they include no details of the procedure that they are contacting you about.
You then have the choice of paying it blind, or chasing them for further details, which is time consuming and annoying.
I have never yet had a straightforward communication with this company, and their customer service is shocking.
I can never pay, easily. When you send for the verification code, you can't get back to the page to pay. I've needed two machines. Ridiculous.

I had an appointment with my consultant in November 2025. I had to actually ask for the invoice - it arrived in May

The bill arrived a little later than expected but that's preferable to an immediate request for payment. It was extremely easy to pay online, saving time and money for all concerned.

The billing is confusing - dates aren’t clearly shown and it is hard to match appointments to bills. They come weeks and even months THS after the event.
I am not sure if its because I don't have a large private practice and hence they can't be bothered to chase my billings or whether they would be just as slow if I did but am not 2 words: not impressed!
Their app is not really fit for purpose.

Patient billing cherry pick, they only bill the insurance patients properly. They do none of the hard work involved with Arab embassies or even the US embassy and have no idea how to bill these payers. Likewise, they will send a self pay a bill once and then do nothing further. Pretty useless as you can do your own insurance billing very easily in HealthCode or Semble
