Done a few lessons with Pete and he was very kind and friendly and made me feel at ease passed first time with passfaster great company 👍

I highly recommend Pass Faster as your go-to driving school. Vinnie has been great and very understanding as I work complicated hours and he fits the lessons in when we're both free without fuss. He has a a great teaching attitude and guides rather than preaches and let's you think as opposed to barking orders or negatives at you. I'm able to continue with lessons during the lockdown and I'm grateful for Vinnie's commitment at this time. Here's hoping a test can be booked asap.

Starting with Pass faster my experience wasn’t great, the first instructor gave excuses after excuse as to why he could not make my lesson. Pass faster did change my instructor and oh my was I glad! If I was rating my instructor I would have given 5 ⭐️ she was great, really good at giving motivation when needed.

I passed my manual license test today at the first attempt. It wouldn't have been possible without my instructor (Peter). He was quick to identify where I was going wrong and how to improve. He was also patient when working through problems that I found difficult to work past.

He also had a great sense of humour which helped settle me if I was feeling under pressure from other road users.

Overall the proof is in the results and I now hold a license so 10/10 would recommend to a friend (and already have!).

Was assigned Stephen Gurney as my instructor who I would recommend to anybody who is looking to learn to drive.

He has so much patience and explains things in a fantastic, clear manner that helps with the learning process, especially in my case since I never driven a car before. He's a high quality instructor that helps build confidence with your driving ability and also somebody you can have a fantastic conversation with. He made learning to drive a really enjoyable and fun experience and will be recommending him to anybody that I know who's looking to learn. Thank you Steve and Passfaster for the service!

I have recently passed my driving test with PassFaster driving school under the tutelage of Peter Anderson. I was a little weary of who to take my lessons with due to the many driving schools/instructors in the city.

However, I was recommended Peter by a family member (who had recently been taught by Peter) and I’m so glad of it. From the very first contact with Peter he was approachable and had a good sense of humour which made me feel at ease. Peter made me feel comfortable and I was confident from the first time we spoke that I’d made the right choice.

I was initially apprehensive about learning to drive but came to really look forward to taking my driving lessons with Peter, despite his ribbing of me for being an Everton fan (I’d say the fact he is a Liverpool fan is the only negative I can say about him - although he’s one of the good ones).

Peter has a knack of explaining what is required and always went the extra mile to help me take the steps forward I needed to progress to where I am today.

Peter demonstrated excellent knowledge of not only the technical but mental aspects of learning to drive and driving, so much so it was at times like sitting next to Mystic Meg as he knew what I was going to do or was thinking without me speaking - I’m still awaiting them lotto numbers from you Peter!

I would and will be recommending Peter to all who ask and I would consider him a friend. Thank you Peter!

I spent over £500 with Pass Faster and have been completely let down by the company. There is a serious lack of professionalism and communication within the company who employ questionable driving instructors. My first instructor had a condescending attitude, was often negative, impatient and sarcastic when I made a mistake. I tried my best to ignore this and concentrate on my driving but over time I realised that I wasn’t enjoying my lessons and felt that he was knocking my confidence. I contacted Chris and asked to be put in touch with a different instructor, I thought it was a red flag that after 20 hours Chris did not ask any questions at all regarding my sudden desire to change instructors!
The second instructor didn't have any knowledge of where I was up to in my lessons (evidently there's no procedure in place for a handover) he was keen to criticise my previous instructor, had chaotic teaching methods and made me feel uncomfortable when he touched and prodded my arm twice -though I don’t believe there to be anything untoward in his behaviour, there was no need for him to do this.
After this lesson I then contacted Chris again and asked for a specific instructor who I had read positive reviews of on the pass faster website. Chris did not acknowledge my email but the instructor did finally text me some days later and asked my availability, I gave her a full week of options, days later I received another curt text asking me if I had “driven b4?”!! I answered her in the hopes of booking my next lesson and disgracefully on her part, she failed to contact me and I never heard anything from this company ever again! The fact that Pass Faster employs self-employed driving instructors is not a feasible excuse for this ridiculous lack of communication.
I would SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMEND Pass Faster!
