TERRIBLE Management
The complex itself is nice. Loved living here as far as the apartment, amenities and grounds. However, the managements is AWFUL. After I moved out they neglected to forward my final bill. The account was sent to collections and I got the letter from the collection agency 8 months later. That's the only reason I knew I owed any money. When I got the letter I called to see what had happened since I never got anything saying I owed till I got the collections letter. It took two weeks for anyone to call me back. This was typical of my entire time at the apartments. It was almost impossible to get ahold of management, in fact they never even preformed the move out inspection because I could never get ahold of them, even when I went to the office. It always said out of office. So I moved out without one. Eventually I got ahold of them about the collections letter. I was told the final bill was forwarded to the address provided. But I know it never was, I never got it. Eventually after weeks of back and forth of them telling me they sent it, I got a call telling me they discovered that it was "revised" and never mailed to me. I asked if they could please remove my collections from the agency. I was told they would. Another few weeks later I received an email saying they couldn't revoke it since they sent the bill to my forwarding address. This was AFTER admitting they didn't send it. Management is absolutely incompetent and uncaring about tenants. Now I have a ding on my credit that won't go away for years. It's all their fault. Unbelievable how inept they are.
