Hokulani 550 – Spring Break 2026

Just got back from 9 nights at Hokulani 550 over spring break and had a really great time. Weather was beautiful the whole trip, and the unit was in great shape — clean, well-maintained, nothing to complain about. View was incredible.
KBM was easy to work with. We needed extra pillows and they showed up with them in literally 5 minutes. Ronit at kvm in particular was wonderful — responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Would definitely stay here again and would book through KVM again.

I stayed with KBM for my honeymoon in a…

I stayed with KBM for my honeymoon in a Kapalua Bay Villa. They offered a free car and their customer service was incredible. They helped book concierge activities and a luau also. I can't wait to stay with them again. We already have another stay booked at the Honua Kai resort.

I stayed with KBM at Honua Kai Resort…

I stayed with KBM at Honua Kai Resort and they were awesome. Not only was our condo impeccably clean, we had some issues with activities we had booked separately, that they resolved super quickly for us. We had them book our snorkeling tour and restaurant reservations, which was 100% the way to go - they took care of everything. Their team was very responsive and we will always choose them when traveling to Hawaii.

KBM is an excellent Property Manager

KBM is an excellent Property Manager. They are managing two of my units at Honua Kai. Occupancy remains steady and strong as well as revenue. The condo is kept clean and stocked and the reviews have been great. They are a family run business and have been on island since 2005. Highly recommend.

I have stayed with KBM several times

I have stayed with KBM several times. They are a great on island management company. Friendly, responsive staff. The free rental car is always a great perk.
