Easy to obtain on the website.

The hotel was very run down. Took almost an hour after we landed to get a shuttle back because no one would answer the phone. No way to leave a voicemail. Customer service was very unhelpful and couldn't find my reservation but had no trouble taking my money. No one could get me in touch with someone who could help. I have children with asthma and was needing to get them home for their medicine. This was unacceptable and horrible customer service. I should be reimbursed for at least 1/2 the trip for the inconvenience. Highly avoid!!! Will never use this again!

Staff was helpful and professional. I will now use the company whenever I have the need to Park, Sleep, & Fly!

The ease of parking, staying the night, being shuttled to the airport, having our auto safely parked and being shuttled back from the airport on our arrival home, was sooooo easy and less stressful than it typically is.

We booked this service for very early flight out of Cleveland. We were never informed that the elevator wasn’t working and hadn’t been working for months. It did not indicate this on the website when we booked. We were three families that also needed shuttle service from the hotel to the airport the next morning very early. The shuttle van could only hold 11 people and they didn’t book our reservation for the ride to the airport so we had to split our family into two trips at 2:30 in the morning. They resolved that issue but we had the same issue when we returned from our trip to try to get back to the hotel, where our cars were parked. They didn’t have enough room on the van. It took us an hour to get back to the hotel to get our cars and our trip. They were overall disorganized, the van was old and rickety. The hotel was comfortable, but we were inconvenience by the lack of use of the elevator, as we were traveling with a handicapped jindividual. Overall, I would not use the Crown Plaza in Middleburg Heights for this purpose. 

ParkSleepFly booked the wrong dates for my trip. It shows correctly on my receipt at the time of purchase. I filed an inquiry from their website over a week ago and have received nothing back. Their customer service phone number is inactive. Very unhappy with ParkSleepFly service.

I tried to make a small change in my reservation because I was one day off. All efforts to make this change failed and I lost the money for my hotel visit. Don't ever use this company!!

My first time. When I arrived back, had no idea where to go to meet my shuttle, that’s more airport fault with very little signage. Had to call Radisson to let them know I was there, there were some communication issues

Leaving your car and getting shuttled to the airport makes a family of five have less stress and worry. Park and fly is a great option for families. The instructions are clear on pickup and drop off. Our car was safe. The ease of this process made our trip that much better.
