This is specific to booking. Haven't had the stay yet! It offered several hotels at different price points and let me choose based on that, the distance from the airport and the type of shuttle service (some are 24 hour, some 7AM=7PM). It gave me reason to think that I've booked the best fit for my travel plans.

The website indicates free cancellation via chat or call. Free cancellation is only permitted within 24 hours of reservation. “Customer Service” is an email sent from their own site that goes into a cyber black hole; Two email attempts and no response. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The website is easy to navigate. My only suggestion is to make the discounts easier to navigate. This is our 4th time to use this service and the experience, the hotel, parking, transportation shuttles have all been positive experiences.

BEWARE. Booked a non-refundable rate and our airline stopped flying out of that airport altogether. The hotel was 100% fine with cancelling as all hotels usually are, because it was months in advance. But hotels can't help you directly when you book through a third party. parksleepfly doesn't care. One of their support phone numbers auto-disconnects and the other one hangs up on you after 15 minutes if they haven't gotten to you yet.

ParkSleepHotels/parksleepfly use this non-refundable bit to their advantage so they can keep your money, even though they provided no service except for a website to deposit hundreds of dollars into their bank accounts. Here, take $10 off but if something happens we keep your $500. Seems barely legal to me.

When we arrived at the hotel as were at the desk checking in we was told this hotel only provides a maximum of four parking vouchers however the gentleman provided six after our conversation and their were other guests in line to. Check in
As I explained to the gentleman, our reservation clearly stated that nine days of parking was paid for and accepted by the hotel however, we only received six parking vouchers.
We ended up paying Airlines parking for unreceived three vouchers, which was a total of $41
As we talk to other guests of the hotel, on the way to the airport, he was clearly frustrated with the same situation with their parking vouchers
When we arrived at our room, we had noticed the restroom floor to be sticky unknown. If this is something a product, they mopped it with or what caused it. The mirror on the back of the bathroom door appeared not to be cleaned for some time.
We will not use or recommend this hotel after this occurrence
I also will be following up with. With corporate customer service regarding these parking voucher conditions, and additional expense seeking reimbursement

is a great way to stay and ride to airport. It helped not worrying about getting two separate hotel and ride.

Very easy to book. Got a quick call from the hotel to ask about time needed to get me to airport in time. Very polite and kind.

Watch your billing on this company, they overcharged me and most staff you contact - poor English- impossible to contact manager to receive refund !

Both of our rides to and from the airport were overbooked. We reserved a ride each way. This led to an overcrowded and unsafe experience.
