Sold me a dodgy car that returned for repairs twice, tried falsifying an inspection on the second. Private inspector confirmed fault was there before purchase. Now Parkland refusing to refund my deposit because of a private plate not returned with car. Selling me the car was fine, Jason is actually pretty good, but the customer service when you have issues is atrocious, Ash made things awful. Over all, I would not touch this dealer with a barge pole or recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If your reading this, don't buy the 2017 BMW 420i. They replaced the original block for a used one, turbo soon to go to. It's knackered! AVOID BUYING FROM HERE.

The experience was a good one. Purchasing a car we found online could have been daunting. The gentleman Fedz made it a smooth transaction. Fedz reassured us being two females can be daunting but his manner was relaxed and didn't give us any pressure or stress...in fact very reassuring. The process was made simple as he did most of the work. Big thank you and I love the car.

I spent months viewing reputable used car dealerships before finding Parkland Motors, which has shown to be the best by far.
I was unable to immediately view or purchase the car due to distance so Feds sent me thorough in depth videos of the car and kept me updated on all necessary information before collection.
For my peace of mind I was going to book a pre purchase inspection with a mechanic but following the dealerships pre delivery inspection, I felt everything had been fully checked over and tested.
During the test drive, viewing, and purchase, Feds was endlessly helpful and polite providing information and answering any queries.

Bought my new car from Parklandmotors.
I was in need of a new car and had no time to waste.
From seeing the car advertised on autotrader to having it sat on my drive took under 4 days.
Such was my urgency i bought it over the phone without visiting,
i only saw a video.
I dealt with Mohammed, he was excellent, answering all my questions and ensured i received fast delivery of the car.
I asked if they could deliver the car, to my surprise it was delivered on a transporter and not driven the 75 miles to my home in Telford.

The car has done 81,000 miles, i expected normal wear and tear at this mileage.
I was delighted that the car was in better condition than i expected.
The interior and bodywork are spot on.
4 new tyres and fully serviced.

The seller was honest about what they knew and what they could not know about the car, and they did not give the impression that they were inappropriately desperate to sell. They were accommodating with appointment times, test drives etc., and when we had some questions after buying the car, they were happy to check the issue.

Well after we brought a car for a different garage dealer which was a really bad experience I was very apprehensive BUT my son and his father went to parkland motors and really liked the seat Leon cupra they told them that myself needed to see it and I did the very next day what a bunch of lovely guys, I looked around the car was in great condition so then went to sit down with Mohamed great pleasant young man and very honest as was ash,I asked alot of questions which they answered honestly and we proceeded with the purchase, I couldn’t of wished for a better experience they were extremely helpful honest and very polite professional guys my son loves the car and no problems but if we did I know they would be there and happy to help us will be taking car there for services as I think we have found a garage we can trust so don’t hesitate to buy from parkland motors you will not be disappointed 💯 brilliant keep it up lads 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Very Good all round experience
Viewed vehicle online which was competitively priced, paid deposit to hold for a couple of days. On the day of viewing dealt with Feds who was really helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy from start, I was encouraged to look around the vehicle unaccompanied for as long as required. Small issues were dealt with prior to collection with no fuss!
I must say Feds was very helpful with any queries I had whilst making the decision to purchase. On the day of handover was valeted, looked great and was dealt with by Ash who was very helpful and professional as was Feds.
All round good experience refreshing change from some dealers couldn't fault them.

Bought a van from them, bit of a mixed experience.

Pros:
- No issues with the van so far.
- They were happy to sort a couple of minor issues (misaligned clip on a bodybanel, VIN obscured by old car park tickets).

Cons:
- They offered partX lower than Webuyanycar offered.
- Tried to sell the van before outstanding finance was cleared (this did get sorted in the end a little pushback though).
- Tried to tell me it was fine to drive away before they’d sorted the tax. Last time I checked this is illegal and would invalidate insurance. Again, with a little pushback, this was sorted.

Conclusion:
They seem to have some good vehicles, at reasonable prices, so if you’re a reasonably confident buyer, they’ll probably be fine, however I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone who hasn’t done their homework.

I bought my car through autotrader online, I was contacted the very next morning by a gent called Jason. He was very helpful with the processes throughout and sent me a personalised video of the car I was buying. He kept in touch up until delivery of the vehicle. Very helpful staff and great service.

Bought an Audi a5 back in April from Parkland. Service from Ash was good, but the car has developed a fault 4 months into having it, with only 3 months warranty provided at point of sale, I’ve now had to pay hundreds to get the car running properly again. I will be contacting trading standards as this fault is assumed to be present at the point of sale, and should’ve been checked prior to selling.

The day we got back from purchasing the car, noticed a few things so I made a note and emailed them over. Emails back and forth I attended 10 days alter. As it was 50 mins away, it was difficult to sort to get there, so I planned it for a day in the week that I had off. On the way there a warning light came on saying 'Engine Fault - repair needed' and then 'Emissions fault - repair needed' and the Adblue light came on.
The list of issues I went with and how they sorted them;
*rear passenger side window controls not working from main control on driver door - they ordered a part to come to my address and explained how to fit it myself - this arrived a few days later and I sorted this fine.
*The error message on the screen - they topped up the Adblue and told me that rectified the issue. There were now no error messages on the screen and a mess down the side of the car where they had filled it up with Adblue. They told me that it was in fact just the Adblue needed topping up and that when they had done this the error message had just gone off, so therefore fixed the issue.
*DAB Radio was intermittently losing signal and cutting out quite regularly. They realised that they had forgotten to attach the arial for the DAB and came and screwed it on to the top of the car. This sorted this issue.
*Chip in windscreen - originally I attended the garage as I had been lead to believe I needed to in order for them to fix the chip. Miscommunication and probably misunderstanding on my part, but they weren't ready for me on the 23rd when I went, so I booked an auto glass repair on my insurance from their recommendation and they would reimburse at a later date.
2 days after being at the garage, we were on our way to Cornwall for my mother in laws funeral. Part way there the same error message came on the screen about the emissions fault, first saying 'engine fault - repair needed' then saying 'emissions fault - repair needed' just as it had 2 days before. it then went on to say 'top up adblue- starting impossible in 700mi' though the journey seemed to go down faster than expected from the miles we were doing. We called the warranty number and booked in to a garage in Plymouth and were left without a car, when we needed to get to the funeral and wake the following day. We had to fork out for a hire car from enterprise - very pricey.
Plymouth gargage found an oil leak and advised us not to drive due to safety and risk of fire. I'd tried calling and emailing Parkland Motors, but the person I was dealing with, Ash, was only available to speak to if you pestered enough over emails I found, in order for him to call me back. It seemed very much so that he didn't like speaking on the phone as any time that I, (and later my finance company when it came to them having to deal with it all), tried to call asking for him he was conveniently busy or had stepped out. He only called back on the day of the 25th when we were having issues because I'd replied to his email saracastically saying thank you for him getting back in touch.
I was told that Parkland wanted to fix the adblue issue themselves and asked that we drive back the car and that it was fine to drive. I said how we had the safety of my family to think about and that we had been advised that without the oil leak fixed it wouldn't be safe to do so. In the end Parkland paid for the Plymouth garage to fix the oil leak. We drove it back to Lincoln at the end of the weekend. They collected it 2nd May, after we had said that it needed to be collected from us rather than us making another unnecessary journey when it had been an issue present when I was last there, as well as the distance issue and work commitments. They dropped us off a courtesy car. This itself had so many warning lights, 3 different ones that came up during the time I drove it, so didn't give me much confidence in them again. No walk around was done at drop off or any paperwork, just handed me the keys. It stunk of smoke and the key only worked to open the driver door, the button on the keys was battered.
Car was finally returned a week later on 9th May. Told that they had fixed the issue. No warning lights were on and car seemed to be fine. We were just happy to have a car back that I could use again for work as the courtesy car unfortunately wouldn't have been ok for this due to size and insurance.
31st May same issue with Adblue flashed up on the dashboard. Strangely the starting impossible miles seemed to carry on from where it was when they last had the car with the issue. This fast went down and eventually went to 0 where the car was unable to start. I rejected the vehicle under the consumer rights act.
Overall poor communication, not much confidence win quality of car and fixing issues that arose.
