Where do I start? Shocking customer service and sold me a faulty car. Took over 2 months for an inspection which deemed the problem to have been there at point of sale. The car finally got picked up to be repaired after an engineers report. Parkland have got the vehicle and are saying there is no issues with it at all despite the report. They have taken a long time and are still refusing to fix the car despite picking the car up 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with Ash and he has been awful, he has no customer service skills, he has refused the phone many times, he doesn’t think anything is their fault despite the engineers report. Do not use parkland motors they are a bunch of cowboys.

Customer Service was good no issues there but car was sold with pre-existing faults. Be extremely thorough with your inspection before buying.

Went in to look at purchasing my first EV and within 24 hours I took delivery, great car and great service from Muhammed

Car delivery was on time on the correct date

My only small problem was no parcel shelf with car and it was explained thru cheap enough on eBay or selling sites
Also i mentioned record of timing belt and water pump was last changed unfortunately no record of this these two is a extra cost to my self
When car was delivered no complaints a small discount would not have hurt

But there was only 10 mile of fuel lucky enough I don’t life to far away from a garage to fuel up

Overall yes a good company to deal with every thing explained

Bought a car from these, the salesmen I dealt with were great, and sorted anything that needed sorting. Right down to a wheel cap that they bought and delivered to my address. I would recommend and use these again.

Ive recently taken dekivery of my first online car purchase and i must admit it was so easy to do. I was dealing with ash he kept me informed thru the whole process sent me a detailed video of the car he sorted a few snall rectifications and the delivery of my car which was a very reasonable price, The delivery driver messaged me to give an arrival time and by 8am he was here . I was very happy with the price i paid for the car a good deal less than other dealers i looked at overall very professional in all areas many thanks to ash and the team cheers

Bought my new car a week ago, had a very good experience buying from this company, great price on my new car and a fair price on part exchange, feds was helpful and informative but not pushy , was a fast and simple process would recommend.

I have just purchased my vehicle about 2 weeks ago, and Feds was the one who was dealing with my purchase. He was excellent, even sending my pictures and a video walk round of the vehicle that I purchased. He also made sure my car was right before it was delivered too me, excellent variety of cars too

Bought an VW Tiguan and traded in my Rav 4, Really good price on the purchase and an honest deal done on the part exchange. Couldn’t fault the guys. No pressure, not your typical slimy main dealers sales team. Fedz was great and a pleasure to do business with. Happy all round. Would buy from again in a heartbeat. Only reason they get 5 stars is down to sales department, they are actually ok. Service department just lie and blame you for the pre existing faults on their vehicles

The buying and delivery process went smoothly. Fedz provided excellent service throughout.

Sold me a dodgy car that returned for repairs twice, tried falsifying an inspection on the second. Private inspector confirmed fault was there before purchase. Now Parkland refusing to refund my deposit because of a private plate not returned with car. Selling me the car was fine, Jason is actually pretty good, but the customer service when you have issues is atrocious, Ash made things awful. Over all, I would not touch this dealer with a barge pole or recommend to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.
If your reading this, don't buy the 2017 BMW 420i. They replaced the original block for a used one, turbo soon to go to. It's knackered! AVOID BUYING FROM HERE.
