Immoral, elusive, scam-artists
Scammers, immoral, elusive, unprofessional, threatening, and completely justify everyone’s thoughts and feelings towards Traffic Wardens.
Slapped with a dozen tickets in a very short space of time, despite parking in my allotted bay and with my permit.
Turns out they had randomly decided to change the permits to new ones (for no reason other than to scam money out of people), so by the time I had scrambled and got myself the new ones, it was too late.
Then they reject your Appeal, no matter what you wrote and no matter how valid - guarantee they don’t even read them, they just automatically reject - and then make themselves as elusive as possible when you try to call through to discuss with them.
Minimal office hours, usually spend ages on hold, often no one even answers, and when they do a lot of the time they are told “they can’t discuss open cases”. Well then what is the point?!
They just put every blocker in place to cheat decent people out of your money.
It’s “pay it or go to Court”.
Would they even take you to Court? Probably not. A pathetic, unethical, predatory company like this just hide behind threatening emails and letters and refuse to engage, so I wouldn’t mind betting that they have absolutely zero power to take Court action, even when they escalate to their Debt Collectors.
An embarrassment of a company, and I for one will continue to spread the message that Traffic Wardens are disgusting people who deserve all of the negative they get.

They control parking for 6 bays but they on purposely have given out 7 permits to fine at least one resident every other night. Cant wait till one of the MPs finally takes legal action i am waiting in line to come court. Need to change their procedures otherwise going into administration will be the only option soon.

Very shady company; avoid East Lane Business Park and GSF. I got a £100 penalty for no reason; I was simply asked to park there and collect an item.
There is no way to contact them; you simply have to pay. Simply avoid their parking and businesses located there for your own peace of mind and to avoid a stressful encounter!

As a contractor I have to contact this company to obtain a parking permit for emergency callouts to leaks inside properties that have controlled parking around them.
The telephone call line still closes at 3:00 p.m. due to covid restrictions in 2025.
They often keep you hanging on the phone at number one in the queue for 20 minutes plus and still don't answer the phone to give you a permit.
Extremely poor attitude and treatment of customers who have no option but to deal with them.
Please extend your working hours to reflect a normal working day and improve how you answer calls.
Nasty company
Parked in the wrong bay with clear notice to say that I was able to park there. Why on earth you have to have specific bays when I have proof on my dashboard that says I'm legally allowed to park in the carpark. Misjudged it twice because this company is clearly out to make money. When speaking to customer service, they were absolutely useless. Awful company
If you're a car park owner
If you're a car park owner, I'd recommend finding a more tech savvy and fair company to manage your car park or residents parking area.
They work half days so you can barely speak to someone. They unfairly fine residents parking in bays that they legally own. They use old fashioned paper permits instead of car registration number (to increase chances of fining people).
Yes they call themselves 'cost neutral' but at the expense of being unfair to the people paying the service charges that pay their bills. They are supposed to work for the residents to keep our car park free from unauthorised vehicles, but ultimately they just want to maximise revenue by being difficult.

I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this parking control company due to their unprofessional and unfair practices. As a tenant at the property, I received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) for parking in front of my own home, despite being entitled to use the space as part of my tenancy.
At no point was I informed about the need for a parking permit when moving into the property. This lack of clear communication is unacceptable and highlights poor management on their part.
When I appealed the PCN, the parking control company completely ignored the fact that I am a resident with the right to park there. They focused solely on the absence of a permit, showing no flexibility or understanding of the situation. Their rigid and dismissive approach demonstrates a lack of consideration for tenants and their circumstances.
This entire ordeal has been frustrating and unfair. I strongly advise against trusting this company, as their actions appear to prioritize issuing penalties over addressing valid concerns.
This company is ridiculous
This company is ridiculous, never park in a PCM car park even if you have a visitors ticket, they just seem to not care and they are unreasonable. Worst experience ever!
Terrible and unethical company
Terrible and unethical company. We have gathered knowledge of over 100 tickets being issued within a No Stopping zone while parents queue to collect their children from school in Hertfordshire. The parents, including myself, have been waiting for traffic to move with engines running. PCM have used handheld mobile phones to capture vehicles often including images of children within or near vehicles.
PCM have now stood down from the site. But their flurry of ticketing over just a few days is causing widespread concern and unnecessary burden to parents that have waited patiently in traffic to collect their child.

Very heartless people. I say this my wife is a nurse and put her parking permit on the seat and not on the dashboard. Yet these people still charged her.
Terrible company avoid at all cost
My car was parked in the dedicated parking area for my apartment. I was away on business and whilst away I had an alert on my phone to say there had been a collision detected. I found this odd as it was parked and asked a neighbour to check, it turns out there was such a huge thunderstorm it had shaken the car. As I was away I asked the neighbour to move it under a CCTV camera when a bay came free. 2 days later my neighbour tells me I have 2 parking tickets for not fully displaying my pass, even though in the picture taken by the officer it is clear there is a permit there and you can read the permit number, I assume it had slipped in the thunderstorm.
Rather than getting stressed trying to fight the case I payed both penalty notices. A moth or two later I receive a letter from a debt recovery agency demanding I pay one of the fines. I have provided evidence that the fine is paid but still have no update on the outcome. This company should be taken out of business as their intention is to profit from not protect their customers.
At Bluewater today
At Bluewater today , the sneaky rats ticketed my car . Ok get it , but not the way they do it . Hiding for sure like rats, I then actually blatantly parked my car after getting a ticket in the most ridiculous place , left the car for 20-25 minutes, hid and waited , waited. No wardens . Yet they issued the actual ticket within 7 minutes of arrival . Bad way to do business if your going to issue tickets be visible about it , not sneak around like rats and hide . MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!
Wrongly issued with a parking ticket by PCM
I was wrongly issued with a parking violation ticket for a location that PCM manage. PCM sent me a pin and access code on the ticket, they obtained my name and address from DVLA. The camera at the location misread the number plate... wrongly giving my number plate instead of the transgressors number plate. PCM obviously do not carry out any cross referencing checks on the information they get back from DVLA and the Information provided from their cameras. The incorrectly parked vehicle was a Ford White Van, my vehicle is a Blue MG3. What gets me is that I had to do all the running around and send the V5 to PCM to sort their error out, by apealing their ticket on their system, a ticket that had absolutely nothing to do with me, calling them was absolutely useless. It is high time that these errant, so called parking management companies got sorted out, my next letter is to the ICO for the mismanagement of my personal information by PCM.

I parked in a cinema car park at Park Royal Leisure centre and I was there watching 2 films in the cinema.
I parked the car when I got in and then moved out to go back in a watch a second one.
I got fined £100 after appealing it, all quite unfairly as I was watching films on the grounds and also moved out of the space to park again when I decided to watch another film. I had gone over their limit of 7 hours by 2 hours. I wrote to them and they explained the following.
1. Your signs with limits are all over 6ft up - I am 5ft and 1 inches - NOT VERY INCLUSIVE - they said the signs are sufficient.
2. The sign has small print and 6ft in the air I have no idea who can read them. NOT VERY INCLUSIVE- they said the signs are sufficient.
3. They are supposed to have a 'parking booth' there is nothing of that sort. - no one was there to speak to.
4. They say they have 75 signs - I wonder where they are? They are too high up to read - NOT VERY INCLUSIVE - they DO NOT have 75 signs up - they are lying.
5. The reply was rude to my appeal and not matter of fact but shouty. - they did not look at all the reasons why they rejected my appeal, just stuck to one thing and did not respond to my questions on inclusion.
6. The proof of my car isn't even the car park, but random roads around the car park.
Their phone clerks are awful and their correspondence was horrific.
My experience left me absolutely astounded how they have dealt with the appeal.
They are just money making and just shoddy.
I paid the £100 as the threat at the end of the letter - that they will get a collector or some means to get thier £100.
Please be aware of these private car parks, as this was a horrid experience.
PCM Slough SL1 2XF
The car was stolen on August 2nd in the yearly morning, I got the fine for the car on the same day it was stolen in the afternoon.
I contacted them with the crime reference and they said that they needed a letter from the Police or insurance when they must know that all is done this day by email to reduce the pollution.
On the letter I just got today, exactly 14 days after. The letter is dated 25/09/2024 and today is 09/10/2024. How can a letter take 14 days to reach a destination in the UK?
I will call them tomorrow and if they provide me with an email address I will forward my evidence if not I will tell them to take me to court.
NO DEBT RECOVERY can get anything without a court sentence.
Love to target residents
Love to target residents, especially after their offices are shut , at 3pm they must be raking it in from all the contracts with social housing, who always choose the cheapest, , who in turn employ the ignorant. What type of person works for them , probably family all inter related .
PCM Parking Illegal resident clamping operations
I was issued a £130 fine for parking in my own resident spot! When I informed them they agreed to a £20 fine. The car park has had no lighting for over a year! Cant even see the car out of window on a dark night. I told them I would consider paying when it was fixed & they cancelled the PCN. The phone operators are specifically rude! Andrew O was very unhelpful when my car was ILLEGALLY CLAMPED this year too! Everyday I watch the same car parking without a permit! Now I understand why residents are ILLEGALLY CLAMPING CARS IN PCM CAR PARKS! Terrible customer service!

Would rather not award a star. An over 55’s complex with most residents over 70 years old have been issued with a ‘letter’ to ask all residents to give their registration details to obtain a parking permit; (2023).
PCM have decided All residents are charged £20 to renew this permit annually.
This was not in our contract, parking was first come first served although we were issued a permit FREE OF CHARGE.
PCM are shamefully taking money from pensioners and older people with health issues.
Read your rights, you do not have to pay ‘private car park companies’
Just stop PCM from benefiting from vulnerable people unfairly.
