The parking itself was ok, but the shuttle service is pretty bad. First, the wait for the shuttle was pretty long ~30 minutes. Second, there was a line of people waiting to get on the shuttle and once you get on there was no room left on the shuttle. If you are not one of the first people to get on, good luck getting your luggage on there ... And forget about sitting down. The shuttles also pick people up while dropping off so that adds to the trip time and if your are waiting to return reduces your chances of getting on if you are in the last terminals.

Very easy to book parking space, will recommend

The drivers are always nice, where to pick the shuttle is confusing but that is the airport’s fault because of construction. The parking structure is so convenient and close to the airport. The most affordable around the airport.

Good place to park, reasonable prices, but shuttle service sometimes intermittent, crowded.
Perhaps run more than one shuttle during peak
times?

No problem in the parking facility, only comment that i have is the frequency of the shuttle which took me more than 30 minutes waiting at the airport while others had more frequent trips causing me to pay additional minutes.

Wish they had more shuttles as we have had to wait between 15-30 minutes at the airport for them to pick us up. Otherwise we've had no other issues.

Employee not letting me use the bathroom. She said for employees only.

Website crashed several times or would not process reservation. Server issues. Great place to park in-person but website needs huge improvement.

I had to edit 45 mins for the bus and then it was full. When I went to exit the garage they charged me an extra $65. Not a very good experience,,

It took me a while to find an empty spot, parked on the top floor. Other than that, everything is good. Shuttle service is great.

Everything worked out until a flight delay kept me from picking up my car on time. I was charged an additional $16.

This spot is a scam… it took my money and I found no way to get a refund… I’m absolutely surprised that they have a review section that I can express my feelings. Literally just took my money and now im out money that I could have used for a real parking lot

Great service, fast shuttle pick up

Not the best experience. No problem getting to the airport, but getting back to the car was awful. They have 1 shuttle bus and had to pass us twice because they did not have enough room on the bus. Our plane landed at 11:30 pm and I had until 1am to exit the lot. By the time I had to wait, it was after 1 and the lot charged me additional fees!! There is no one at the lot at that time of night. I tried to contact the company but no one has responded. It seems as if they don't care. Why is it my fault that your shuttle could not stop to pick me up for over an hour? Probably never using this service again.

The shuttle takes forever to arrive and yet still charge you if you’re late to your checkout time. They literally have 1 shuttle working. Make it make sense.
