TERRIBLE!
We got to parking structure at 11 am; there was NO One to help or guide. We parked and mo shuttle to take us to airport!!! We had to ask another shuttle service to take us to our flight! Coming back we waited more than one hour then found out we needed to go to second floor where private parking structures pick up! NO ONE told us or any instructions were given! Then waited another 40 minutes! Not even one shuttle came!!! We had to take a hotel shuttle to closest hotel and walk to parking structure to retrieve our car!!! We tried calling several times and only once someone picked up and said the shuttle is on its way, which after 90+minutes nothing came!! STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH the savings!!!!!

Terrible!!!!!! I had an early morning flight left early enough to park thinking it was gone be easy and NO!!! The lot was full and the had the nerves to still have it on the website to sell morning parking spots then I got stranded in Buffalo and they still had the nerves to charge me 34 more dollars for extended parking for the two days instead of understanding that it wasn’t my fault the flight got delayed!!! Scam business and that WAY. Com app is a joke also more difficult then easy
Danger on Parking Here
On Jan 24, 2022 I purchased from Vivid Seats a parking ticket located at 9920 S. La Cienega Blvd in Los Angels for $371.25 to attend the SF 49ers vs. LA Rams NFC championship game on the 30th. The parking lot is located 2.4 miles away or about a hour's walking time. The game kickoff was at 3:30 PM. I also bought a game ticket from Vivid Seats for $3,349.45. When I arrived at the parking lot, the ticket Vivid sold me would not work. So I parked in a neighboring parking lot for $18.99 from Parkwhiz. I learned later that the Vivid parking ticket could not be used until 3:31 PM making it impossible to get tothe stadium before kickoff. which was a minute earlier at 3:30 PM I requested a refund from Vivid and they refused. I contested it with Chase and they too refused to reverse the charge. Be sure to check the time of the receipt for the parking to become available or don't park here.

1. They give you a # to call for the shuttle when you arrive back at LAX, but nobody answered it from 10 pm on. I called literally 50 times.
2. I received no information where to pick up the shuttle at LAX.
3. I eventually found the correct location on my own, waited a half an hour there. A shuttle came but had no room for me. I waited another half hour before another shuttle arrived which had room.
4. Because of the above, I left the garage an hour after the time I had estimated before my trip. I WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $6, even though it was still within the same 24 hour period as my estimate.
5. There was double and triple parking throughout the garage, so that 10-20% of the cars COULD NOT LEAVE BECAUSE OF CARS BEHIND THEM!!! I was lucky to have not been in that group.
6. When I complained the next day about what had happened, I was first ignored, then given the run around, being told that the shuttle was complementary, and I should have paid for an Uber or Lyft if I had trouble with the shuttles, in order to arrive back at the garage by my estimated time.
7. When I threatened to write numerous bad reviews if I did not receive an apology and my $6 late fee back, I EVENTUALLY got an apology and was promised the $6 late fee reimbursal to my credit card. 6 days later it has NOT arrived.
8. They tell you there is security for the vehicles in the parking garage. There certainly isn't at night, which of course is when you would need it. NOBODY is around at night, other than customers struggling to get their cars the hell out of there.
This place should be shut down - period.
Rude and Unprofessional
Employees were absolutely unprofessional. Particularly Kal- how you allow him to be working with customers is beyond me. I will never use your services again based on how I was treated.

Worst parking EVER! The parking facility was full even though I had reservations. Here is what their website says about the shuttle:

Every 25-30 minutes, our free shuttle service provides a comfortable and stress-free ride to and from LAX.
They lie about the shuttle - it does not run every 25-30 minutes based on my experience.
Upon arrival at the LAX, I called for the shuttle (as instructed) many many many times, and nobody answered. It went straight to voicemail BUT it was not "set-up" and I could not leave a message.
We went upstairs to the pick up area where we were met by a group of 18-20 passengers who were all waiting for the shuttle. They all shared similar experience with us.
After 20 more minutes of waiting - a shuttle full of people showed up and there was room only for 2 people with luggage.
In 30 minutes, another shuttle came full of people. At this point, it's been 1 hour since we arrived at the LAX, and there was no end of waiting in sight. They still were not answering calls. It was clear that at this rate, we might get picked up in another hour.
We took a taxi ($20) to the parking, where I was charged extra $4 for parking for being late picking up my car.
I called Luis Espinosa (Transportation Manager) at 310-216-9235. This is the same number as the shuttle request number. Nobody was picking up again. On the 3rd try, someone answered the phone and I finally spoke with Mr. Espinosa and requested they reverse the charges and cover my cab. However, it was useless because he told me they do not do that because they are very busy during holiday season, there is traffic at the LAX, they do not guarantee the shuttle pick up times, blah blah blah. I told him that I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. He said I should do whatever I wanted.
In short: Park here at your own risk.

LOT OVERBOOKED??
The online booking was easy but when we arrived there was a sign out front that said lot is full.
The parking attendant person was no help initially. Basically just said sorry it’s full nothing I can do even though you have a reservation. Another attendant said I could wait until a spot opens up. I ended up parking at the entrance in front of the “lot is full” sign and the first attendant came over and argued with me for a bit telling me to leave. I walked in a saw an open spot, she wouldn’t let me in because that spot might be used for airplane travelers or something? She eventually gave up and let me in. Took about 15-20 minutes to finally park after I got there.
If I didn’t stay there and argue for the spot I paid for she would have sent me away to find somewhere else to park.

Worse customer service!
After I arrived at the parking lot the shuttle took like 20 min, no big deal, but unfortunately My children and I missed our flight! We returned right back to the parking lot, after waiting another 40 min for the shuttle, and we left. I might have been there a total of 2 hours and I was still charged. I asked for a refund and they did not comply. I will never book with this lot again!

We purchased a 9 day reservation for parking. On the day our flight left, we found out that the confirmation email did not include a QR code. We showed the email confirming our purchase and our bank charge to the attendant but they did not let us in. Finally we got the company to send us a new QR code (and charge us twice for the parking) but the entire parking structure was full. Every space was taken and they even parked 2 extra cars at the ends of every row. When we got hold of customer service AGAIN, they apologized (refunds pending...) but my questions is, how is it that we have bought and paid for reservations but didn't have a place to park. Not going to use them again, ever. Oh, and we almost lost our flights ($1,900), we got there when they were boarding the plane.

The employee's was super rude and very disrespectful, the parking attended charge me 6 dollars for parking earlier but refused to refund me for a full day that I didn't even use. I will never park there again.

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. The daily rate is good. But finding a parking slot is the problem. I parked blocking the walkway coming from the elevator. It was the weekend so I think that's why it was packed. Allow extra time when you reserve the time you will be back. I was 40 minutes late and had to pay an extra 10 bucks. My flight was delayed a bit. Luggage took a while to retrieve. But overall a decent experience.
Easy to book a space
Easy to book a space, find the location and get shuttle to the airport. The location is a little crowded. I got there 30-40 mins early and found 2 empty parking spaces, I also found 2 vehicles illegally parked on each end of each turn to a different floor which added 16 plus more vehicles to the parking structure than what it should have had. I very much believe, if I had arrived on time things whoud not have been much different.

Terrible place to park
The elevator does not work properly. Almost impossible to get around because of over parking. Had to wait almost an hour when I returned for the shuttle to take me back to garage. Was late because of it! And to pay more!!! Never gonna park here again! This was 2nd time I've had problems.

The shuttle service was horrible on the way back home. Once I landed close to midnight on 6/9. It took over an hour to see 1 shuttle and then when once me and 15 other people tried to wave down your driver he glanced our way and kept driving. I also for to mention after waiting 20 mins me and my wife and a few others called repeatedly your dispatch line and no one answered. I also downloaded the app which tells me where each of your shuttles are and saw them in the same position at the hub for another 25 minutes before it started to moce our way and drive past us. I even used the text feature to tell our location. Another shuttle driver felt sorry for and dropped us off at your parking lot. I tipped her $40 dollars. Then I have to pay additional money for your lot because the time was after midnight before I got to drive out. Never again will I use 405 or Value Park.

Arrived to LAX and was at the stand at 11:40 pm. Began calling to request service at 12:00 am. Of course, no one answered. Was finally picked up at 12:58 am. I was then charged an hour overage on my parking ticket for being late. It's not worth it to save a few $$$. You get what you pay for.
the Car park was full
the Car park was full, and oversold. on my way back I had to wait with other passengers for 40 minutes to get a shuttle which was already packed. upon getting to the car park, my car was blocked by another car parked behind it. had to find an agent at 01h00AM to move the car so I can get out... another 30/40 minutes wasted. Overall very bad experience.
Parking ok, very long wait for shuttles
The parking itself was ok, but the shuttle service is pretty bad. First, the wait for the shuttle was pretty long ~30 minutes. Second, there was a line of people waiting to get on the shuttle and once you get on there was no room left on the shuttle. If you are not one of the first people to get on, good luck getting your luggage on there ... And forget about sitting down. The shuttles also pick people up while dropping off so that adds to the trip time and if your are waiting to return reduces your chances of getting on if you are in the last terminals.
