This system is horrible. It is not user friendly for patrons making a one-time visit, the elderly and technically challenged. This seems to be nothing more than a way to eliminate jobs and maximize profits. Will definitely impact my decision to frequent this location.

Bad experience all around.
Monday morning, it's raining, and construction is all around the area. Unable to get into the parking lot across from my medical appointment. I already have them registered on my phone and the cost is $6.00 per hour. With no other option, I have to use this parking garage. Upon entrance, I try to reach for a ticket. There is no button to retrieve one. A few minutes later the attendant opened his sliding door and laughing at me said: "there are no tickets here, tickets are outdated". I tell him this is my first time. How long has this been in effect? He says just 6 months ago. There's a line of cars behind me, sending my anxiety through the roof. He finally tells me to use the camera on my phone and the bar will open. There is no safe way of exiting if you are a handicapped person. When upgrading your technology, start by upgrading access for people with disabilities. When exiting, I assumed my debit card was added to the parking ticket. I was wrong. I had to input everything again with no human in sight to help. Why did you take the machines that dispense tickets away? Why are there no other options? I will never park here again. They should have a privacy law where you can't access any of my information. I did not give you my permission to contact me, I had no option but to share EVERYTHING with you, except for the size of my underwear or the times I eat, otherwise, I wouldn't be able to leave that garage. I hope one day you need to get out of that garage and your phone is dead so you are stuck in there forever. I had to pay $16 bucks instead of $6.00 and nobody washed my car.

Good parking!! Reliable

When we were attempting to get passed the arm when leaving, we could not figure out the exit number etc. It was weird!! We had to ask the attendant, she told us the number, but we still did not see it posted any where. Thankfully she was there to help us, otherwise we might still be there.

Easy to enter and exit the garage. I also downloaded the app and used it

Your tenant on hand was sleep and not. Helping with the process. Spent 15 minutes trying to get the internet to connect. Also need to be able to pay with card at gate. My experience will not allow me personally use your service again

Gate malfunctioned and opened, we exited but timer kept running. Customer support no response, we have to return and re-exit.

Parking was easy-leaving? Not so much. Please make the process more clear and transparent so folks (many) aren’t delaying they’re and everyone else’s exit…

Since this is a new system, the instructions was very vague on how to receive your ticket. It’s assuming when you’re going to the parking lot you have a smart phone and if a person does not have a smart phone how are they to get out of line when cars are backing up trying to get into the parking lot to get a ticket. In addition when you paid, and their information received was also clear as far as what to do.

The recently updated automated system was not intuitive, did not operate well, and the attendants on duty has little knowledge of the system to provide much assistance.

Entering the garage was great. When entering you have to either scan the QR code or text a code to begin the process. Exiting was a little long because you had to get to the gate to receive a code to enter to leave. Since we were leaving from an event, it took longer than usual is my guess.

Too confusing, instructions unclear, traffic backed up, not enough staff to hep.

I did not find your lot so parked (and paid) somewhere else. I think I accidently used the valet address from your instructions in my navigation.
