This is one of the worst experiences I had, the customer service is nonsexist, they manage to misroute my items and only when I raised complain via PayPal they began to act. Never again I will purchase anything from this shop. Pitty you cannot give minus stars as one star is too many for this shop.
Komplett is reliable... until you need the warranty!
I run a small mobile game development company in Ireland. We started using Komplett in 2012, and since then, we have used them as our primary technology supplier for memory, cameras, disk drives, networking equipment, sound cards, and mobile phones. During this period, we considered Komplett a pretty reliable supplier with mid-range prices and mid-range shipping costs. Not the cheapest, but always there when you needed them.
It was not until 2019 that we needed the warranty for the first time: The sensors in a mobile handset we'd purchased from Komplett stopped working. I should note that we have a sizeable collection of mobile handsets that we use for testing of our games. These handsets sit on our desks or in the boxes they came in, and they see very little actual use, other than our games being downloaded and played on them for short periods of time. This particular handset was still under warranty, so we returned it to Komplett for servicing. Imagine our surprise when Komplett's repair centre said the handset had been opened by a third party and that they therefore would not honour the warranty.
Developing software for mobile phone is our core business, and I can say with 100% certainty that we would never have a handset serviced by an unauthorised repair shop if it was still under warranty. I raised the issue very politely with Komplett support in two separate emails, and while they were perfectly cordial, they insist that we've had the handset serviced elsewhere and are therefore not honouring the warranty.
To this day, it is not clear to me whether the handset was opened before we received it from Komplett (it looked new to us at the time of purchase) or if Komplett's repair centre are just not honouring the warranty. Either way, I'm sad to say that after many years of business and thousands of euros worth of purchases, we won't be buying from Komplett again. They may seem fine, but it's only until you need the warranty.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered a PC case and received no communication that it was being delivered, neither in my inbox or spamfilter. I had to call them to find out that the delivery had already been completed.
When I finally get home with the case, the glass window is cracked which is no surprise because the packaging consisted of no more than two pieces of Polystyrene and a thin plastic bag inside the cardboard box.
The support takes a good 48 hours to respond but at least there is a response which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review.
Unsurprisingly, I will not be trying my luck with Komplett again.
Easy to reach but pretty moody online seller.
I did my first purchase several days ago. Comparing with other online sellers you can contact them by phone easily. Most of online sellers are unreachable. So 5 stars for reachability by phone. I wrote them email to but I am still waiting answer.... Concerning customer service support, very helpful. Not satisfied with dispatching of the goods.Although item was in stock and money left my account immediately. Item was not dispatched within one working day ( as usually such stores do ).Even my order was not processed, was on hold?! I had to call them and ask that is the matter and "push" them to solve it. What I liked - the customer support was aware of the problem matter, and did not answer with not related solutions. Second day my order status was changed to "processing" was processed almost all day. So one day "on hold" second day "processing" and finally on the 3th day was dispatched.
It is OK if you are informed for that before. On their site is written that if you order during the day you will receive tracking lately at night. Item which I bought was 35e cheaper on a different web site but their delivery was 4-10 days. I wanted to have my item faster - it was a birth day present, that is why I ordered from them. Anyway item was not received on time, due to long processing time.Will I continue buying from them, well as far as they keep attractive prices, and I am not in hurry - yes.
No customer loyalty from the company.
So I recently got a ASUS RTX 2080 TI and the only reason I went with Komplett was due to availability. Most other sites with cheaper prices are bundling the cards with games.
When originally reaching out I spoke to a Tech named John, who was helpful to a point. After I was advised to open a email case after I had already called in, I did so.
2 days after emailing, I get the following canned reply.

What this tells me is that, the company is not competitive enough and does not care about its customer base. As they are unwilling to even entertain the idea of bundle's with high-end cards.
My account with them after 4 years of dealing with them will be closed.
I would advise people to shop else where as the customer satisfaction side for this company is terrible. If I could give less than one star I would.

I ordered...i called to change some things at the same day, payed the difference...
I received the items in the initial order with no changes(after waiting for more than a week as the guy couldnt be sure when one of the items will be available)...
I had to send the items back and after they got them they would send the right ones. That would take at least 8 more days
So i returned for refund and reorder the right ones.
Finally got my items after a week.
After an additional of 2-3 days the refunded me and they made a mistake on the ammount.
Plus.... every call a made was 1+ hours on hold
Plus... i asked them to make sure they will update bios firmware of Motherboard before they send it and they send it shielded, so nobody did it.
Plus.... nobody apologised on the phone.
So sad.

Komplett is my go to website to buy computer components. Recently a powerbank I purchased stopped working. Return process went flawlessly. Within a week I had a working replacement. Excellent!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy a70, first the price was low than any other store on entire Europe ! On the site has said that the purchase would arrive in 3-4 working days and it was! And I had troubles with my trackingnumber by DHL and I sent an email to komplett and contacted support and they were fantastic ! Very concerned about my purchase.

Excellent prices top quality
To date I have purchased 2 galaxy a10s and one Levono laptop I think it was a 330 or something to that effect. Anyways it had 6gb of ram and the latest i3-8250 and a 128sd. The whole thing cost 390 which was about 300 euro cheaper than the equivalent laptop at currys/pcworld. No complaints!
Fast and cheap
I was looking for a gaming monitor for quite some time now, since i have LG which is almost 10y old. Was looking for few web stores but no one can compare with Komplett.ie. I ordered my monitor on Saturday around 5pm, and got an email around 10pm that is invoice and that should come on Wednesday. I was very skeptic about that since i had bad experience with one of the online shops and i checked reviews which were mixed. But on Wednesday it was here I think that some of prize must go to DHL aswell. Thank you. Monitor is working great, got everything i need!

First and last time I buy something from komplett. Ordered NZXT usb hub to finish my PC build. same day I ordered few things from UK website came withing 2 days. Its nearly a week now since order was placed and I get notification from DHL that my package was sent to wrong sorting office. I suppose another two days wait. Rang komplett asking for refund they wouldn't accommodate unless I don`t accept delivery. Load of nonsense if you ask me

My friend's PC kept getting black screens whenever it would get overheated. He mailed his PC to Komplett, they couldn't fix the problem and told him nothing is wrong with it. WHEN CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG. THEY FORCED HIM TO PAY $50 TO GET HIS PC LOOKED AT BY MONKEYS. KOMPLETT IS FULL OF DUMMIES.
