Great value on a Samsung E tablet I bought.It was the cheapest I could find and I had it within 4 days.

Ordered a Samsung galaxy Tab E for a lot cheaper than 'Black Friday' deals advertised at the time.Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon. Got a text from DHL 7.30 Friday morning and it was here by 10.30. Speedy delivery.Bunched up brown paper used for package protection could be an issue for more delicate products.Overall very happy with process.If the product is defective,it won't be the suppliers fault as it isvfactory sealed.

I have shopped with Komplett on a number of occasions and have always found that they offer very good value for money. In addition they deliver quickly and items are well packed to avoid damage.

Terribly delivery!

No contact was made to let me know item was on the way. When it arrived no contact was made again and item was dropped over side gate. They left my item out in the rain for days. No docket in the letterbox, no phone call, no emails. Terribly delivery!!!

I didn't open box and returned it straight away but it was the same experience returning item. No phone calls in advance for the pick up. So it wasn't till the third attempt they were able to pick up item.

Still waiting on delivery. Farcical, DHL have gons from delayed, to damaged to can't find it

I bought a 600 euros phone and for one day the order showed as on hold. I wrote them an email to see why, no answer.

The shipment took 5 days to get out for delivery and although the delivery address was my office, first day it said no one was there (really, in an office no one was there), they didn't even ring (not komplett problem) but I sent them another email, and of course no answer.

At the end I had to ring them and after 30 minutes of listening to music that just darkened my mood more and more, I got to speak to someone in The Netherlands.
DHL, delivered the next day.

In brief, their support for Ireland doesn't exist, their web is full of "oooops, the page couldn't be found" errors, it was the first time I bought from them and to be honest I don't think I will by again as for me having a good customer service is critical and theirs is really bad.

Good prices but delivery is a joke. The delivery was missing an item despite them being shipped together, emailed and rang komplett and was informed that they sometimes split orders but she couldn't be sure. Still awaiting a response 3 days after initial delivery to find out where my missing item is.

All perfect, fast and cheap delivery to Ireland. Much cheaper laptops than in stores across Ireland. I will shop again, thanks

They have reasonable and very cheap prices, but sometimes they dont put the bad specs in tricking someone into buying something worse for the money they have. This happened to me today when a pc was not classified as max-q and has a 15% decrease in performance, i asked customer service and they gave me the answer. but they do cheeky things like putting pc reviews on the higher end versions of them etc.
