Paper True is a reliable English editing company. I intend to use your services on all upcoming writing assignments and paperwork. Both reports have been checked, and they deserve nothing less than the best. Excellent work. The effort was not without flaws. In all, it's an excellent version.

They provide a great service at affordable price, always deliver on time and in high quality. I use this services since 2019 and plan on using it in the future.

Beware, the sample they provide you will be perfectly edited. I submitted two projects at the same time. One was a short story and the other was a 150-page manuscript. I got the short story back quickly, but full of new errors.

The errors were obvious, like sentences missing and double words (that that). I emailed them about the concerns and they asked me to highlight all of the mistakes and send it back to them (taking more of my time to point out all of their mistakes). I told them I could not afford to correct their paper for the 150-page manuscript because it was just an unacceptable expectation for a paying customer.

They assured me that the manuscript would be flawless. They returned it a month late and it was full of errors. Again, they asked me to highlight them, which I refused to do for the whole 150 pages. I asked for my money back, but they don't grant returns. Their policy is to "fix it" until you are happy (or too tired to complain). They assured me that the second time would be better and that they would have their chief editor fix it. Again, they sent the 2nd version back to me late and with obvious errors throughout the paper. I paid $1300 for this! So, I highlighted the work again (which took me two days) and I corrected all of the grammar and sentence structure issues.

I replied with a catty email saying they should hire me to edit their work. I never heard back from them. BEWARE of companies that don't have refund policies.

This place gets away with what they do because they have YOU highlight the issues so they can easily fix them

I am doing a Master course and had to do a resit. To make sure I would pass I had to proofread my article (Words: 3.488). Any points towards my final grade could help me pass. In this case it was done professionally. However, there were still some mistakes and I had to hand-in my document in just four days (I don't blame PaperTrue for this because i kinda was late). These mistakes were simple mistakes (to my experience). I felt it was a little bit rushed. Not great for the stress levels. Wasn't really expecting this because I had a sample first, where I was very satisfied.

Afterwards, I contacted them and my editor was on a leave. So it took longer than normal to go through my comments and questions. One day before the deadline they came back with the documents and answered all my questions and looked over the mistakes. So after doing my part I was able to Hand-In the document on time but just barely.

My teacher graded the final document and still found one or two mistakes, which i think is fine as an article for school. Academic articles in journals, not sure yet.

Conclusion:
They have good customer support, which is 24/7. They respond very quickly and accurate. They looked over my documents and questions. Maybe the timing was a little bit to my disadvantage because of their leave. I would recommend their sample if you still are in doubt and take the time. They do offer different times to deliver the proofread document (1 day delivery, 2 days, etc) but just to be safe also consider the time for them to revise in case you found any mistakes.

I paid over £300 for copy editing of a novella manuscript.On return of the document I was a little concerned about some of the suggested changes..for example uses of tense but of course trusted the process because I’m not a professional in the field of copy editing.I expected to receive a fully polished document back but instead was expected to trawl through the complicated tracking changes which I felt defeated the object of professional copy editing.I subsequently submitted it to several publishers who remarked on the poor quality of the copy editing.To update..Paper True responded to this review promptly and their communication and commitment to resolving matters has been excellent.They offered to revise the document and clarified the process further.For reference if you submit a document for copy editing Paper True welcomes ongoing dialogue in order to provide a polished,finalised document.

My experience with PaperTrue was very satisfactory. Their answer was very fast. I woke-up this morning and the corrected document was already in my inbox. What I liked so much is that besides correcting the document based on my own sentences, they made me suggestions changing the phrases more accordingly to the type of document by changing some key words. Now, my document looks more professional.

Terrible service. All our documents were littered with typos, grammatical errors, inconsistencies, incorrect formatting, and confusing or incorrect edits. They were offered an opportunity to do a second edit, which they did, and still the documents were not up to standard. Our request for a refund was refused. Avoid!
