Customer Service excellence. The team tries its best to work within the time of my request. The dashboard helps the editor know which job number to track to make revisions or consider a new document to invoice.

My document requirements were close to the editors' output and provided excellent recommendations, which caused me to decrease the time for submission.

I recently used PaperTrue.com for editing an important academic document, I am really happy with their work. The editors were super careful correcting language errors and made my arguments a lot clearer, which really improved the overall quality of my work.

They also took great care with the formatting, making sure all the citations were consistent and the layout looked professional. The document was ready for submission after doing a few minor adjustments.

The customer support at PaperTrue was great too. They promptly addressed all my questions and provided clear explanations after I got my document back. Their expert editing, careful formatting, and responsive support make PaperTrue.com a great choice for high-quality editing services. I definitely recommend them.

My only complaint is that the pricing of the Plagiarism report should be cheaper as I feel it is a tad expensive.

The editing of my manuscript was of a very high standard. They also made a good suggestion regarding the final chapter.

Despite providing detailed formatting guidelines, PaperTrue repeatedly disregarded my instructions.
As I stated in an email on July 17th: "We would like to make the following changes to the overall look of the typesetting: Remove the drop cap at the start of each chapter. Change to left align (no left justification)... "
These basic requests were ignored in the subsequent versions.
Missed Deadlines:

PaperTrue consistently failed to meet deadlines, causing significant delays in my book launch.
In a chat on August 3rd, I expressed my frustration: "It's been 48 hours since I requested proof of escalation and a timeline for the corrected document. I haven't received either. This is unacceptable."
Lack of Quality Assurance:

The numerous errors in the typeset document highlight a complete lack of quality control.
In a recent email, I questioned: "Please provide details about your quality assurance (QA) policy and how we can escalate this issue further if needed."
Their response was vague and unhelpful.
Unprofessional Communication:

PaperTrue's representatives have been unresponsive, evasive, and dismissive of my concerns.
During a call on August 3rd, their representative, Mark, struggled to understand the errors even when I pointed them out directly in the document.

I am compelled to share my extremely negative experience with PaperTrue. As an author, I entrusted them with the typesetting of my book, only to be met with a series of frustrating issues that have significantly impacted my project and business.

Key Concerns:

Repeated Errors & Missed Deadlines: Despite clear instructions and multiple revisions, the typeset document was riddled with errors – incorrect formatting, misplaced figures, and a jumbled table of contents. The project is now weeks behind schedule, causing significant delays and financial losses.
Unresponsive & Unaccountable: PaperTrue's communication has been abysmal. They've been slow to respond to my concerns, offered no solutions, and provided no clear escalation path.
Questionable Practices: Their potential use of my manuscript for AI training without my consent raises serious ethical questions.
Impact:

Delayed Book Launch: The delays caused by PaperTrue's incompetence have pushed back my book launch, impacting my marketing plans and potential revenue.
Damaged Reputation: The errors in the typeset document reflect poorly on my brand and undermine the professionalism of my work.
Financial Loss: I've invested significant time and money into this project, only to be met with subpar service and a lack of accountability.
Recommendation:

I strongly advise authors and publishers to avoid PaperTrue. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for client instructions, and questionable practices make them an unreliable and untrustworthy partner.

I've tried to resolve these issues directly with PaperTrue, but they've been unresponsive and unhelpful.
I am now forced to seek alternative solutions, which will further delay my book launch and incur additional costs.
I hope this review serves as a warning to other authors considering PaperTrue's services. Do your research and choose a company that values your work and delivers on its promises.

The customer service is excellent. They kept working with me as I navigated my way through Kindle Direct Publishing-not always an easy job! The creative team has to be one of the best in the business. My expectations for my book cover were surpassed! I highly recommend PaperTrue.

PaperTrue's informative and friendly website persuaded me to try them for proofing and editing a work of creative nonfiction I intended to self-publish. I appreciated being able to submit a couple of sample pages before committing to a full project. Their quickly returned document was so impressive, I plunged ahead. They met the 21-day deadline I chose. I felt the work was sensitively and thoroughly edited. Helen and Flora painstakingly corrected typos and grammar and made helpful suggestions that vastly improved my work. Where they were unsure of my meaning, they asked. An unexpected 5-page writer's feedback document provided extensive notes and suggestions for moving forward. Alan Jackson (my main contact), was wonderful to work with.

The backend and front-end technical team is very polite and provided timely service in terms of language editing certificates and proofreading documents for my recent journal publication. The editor-in-chief has considered further processing it. I recommend PaperTrue.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone at this company!!!!! I am taking classes for my EdD in School Superintendent. For two of my classes, my papers were to be in APA 6. We switched over to PaperTrue after the last editing service we had been using started making simple mistakes. With PaperTrue, so far so good! No issues as of yet, and their customer service has been incredibly helpful.

I trust Paper True. They've completed several projects for me. They respond quickly; they do good work; they're creative and exceed my expectations. Great team!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services I received from PaperTrue. First they delivered my dissertation back 4 days late. The product came back with an excessive amount of errors. They completely changed the format of the attached outline and the format and fonts were inconsistent. They offered revisions and that one came back worse. The format was still off and they did not read my notes or the requirement manual that I attached as the product did not reflect anything that was required. I ended up having to fix all the mistakes and was late to turn it in. I paid $1500 on something that was not professional or useful. I have yet to hear back from them since I requested a refund. Stay away from this company! I do not recommend them at all!

The translation service was excellent, the corrections made to the manuscript improved it. I will use the service again in the future
