The products were not packaged well and arrived damaged. It was also more difficult to install the shelves than expected because they didn't fit and required cutting to fit in the brackets. We were also missing mounting brackets. If we hadn't already installed half of it before realizing, we would have returned.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Packaging is well organized and supports easy assembly/installation. I really like the aesthetic of the product. Our space is unusual and it was nice to be able to have the flexibility of the Pamo system. It is good quality and really gets the job done!

The product was too large for me wall. It comes with no return label and they make it very difficult to get return instructions.. you have to basically apply for them. If you are approved and I don’t know that I have been because it’s been a week and they still haven’t gotten back to me. You also have to pay the shipping and I can tell by the way they’re talking. It’s going to be half the price of the product. This is absolutely ridiculous. You can’t compete with Amazon or any credible company out there with these kind of return shenanigans. No product is worth this.

While the buying and shipping experience wasn't the best, the product is great! It was easy to install with clear directions, all parts received, and no damages.

Not sure what happened to our order after we placed it but it took many emails, WhatsApp notices, to get a response and resolve the order. Customer service was great after that and order was finally received.

Works and looks great. I use for hang-drying laundry in a small apartment and it is both functional and aesthetic. Setup with two people as they recommend was easy.

Very easy process, I got the LAS 2 – Freestanding coat rack I was a bit hessitant at first but the simple esign caught my eye and I took the risk. The structure of the rack is amazing, the delivery was fast and seamless. Please it is a large item I did need some help with assembly but so worth it I would buy from them again

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. To get the product I wanted, I just needed to order a couple of additional parts. I placed the order for the new parts. Nothing after 5 days. Contacted support. Said there was an issue on their end. They cancelled my order and entered a new order. 6 days later and still no update on status and not receiving any updated from customer support.

I was looking for nice wall cloths rack and i found this KIM DOUBLE 2 in gold which has a great design and is really easy to setup. The website is well made and the price are standard. The shipping was pretty fast.

Ive had a lot of clothing racks and none of them have lasted me very long. I have a lot of clothes that need a space outside of my closet. The pamo rack that I purchased a little over a year ago is one of my favorite purchases. It looks great and has never once fell apart or fallen due to the amount of clothes I hang up on it. It also made it through a move with me. Super easy to disassemble and didn’t even need instructions to put it back together. Lovveee

I was bounced around from person to person over multiple emails of repeating my request each time. It took multiple weeks of reaching out and replying to the email responses that I received back only for them to tell me they couldn’t help me. My movers of my unit had misplaced my shelving brackets leaving me with shelves with no way to attach them to my closet setup anymore. The response was that there were other companies to go to for similar brackets and that them supplying brackets would mean they would have to disassemble already assembled shelves, even though at one point these brackets were sold as a set (as I later found one on eBay). Now only 9 more sets to locate.

I ordered a number of different systems for work. Shipping was quick and the end results are amazing. We get compliments daily on how the room has transformed. I did have one issue with a bent piece (by the shipper, no fault of Pamo) and customer service resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to transform a room or closet!
