Ordered a “free chain” about six months ago, and only got it recently. I’m saying “free” because the chain is infact not free. When you go to check out it gives you a twenty dollar shipping fee. A shipping fee should not be that much for the weight of that item, infact shipping for an item such as a chain will usually not cost more than five dollars. The reason on why shipping is twenty dollars would be because this seems to be a drop shipping business. Palm Jewelers buys chains cheaply off ali express or alibaba and sells them at 20x the price at their website. How do I know this? Well when I got the first tracking number from palm jewelers it ended up being an aliexpress tracking number stating that it was coming from china. After six months of waiting for a chain, was the chain worth it? No, not at all. The packaging and the chain itself came in very nasty. I had to clean the chain. And then I decided to put it on. It was a decently looking chain at least, but the thing is that it was poorly linked so it broke basically the second I wore it. I tried to leave a review on their website to warn any other people about this scam drop-shipping type business, but the website owner manages the reviews and my review never got put on the website.Basically, six months of waiting for nothing, the reviews on the website are all five stars because the owner deletes everything else, and the chain wasn’t worth it and this whole company is a scam.
