The supplier of the item I wanted was out of stock and remained so for weeks.
Throughout this time I was kept informed of the stuation, with the option to cancel my order if I wished.

Very good customer relations, I think.

And I now have my item.

OK: no complaints but could have been faster. Price was OK but not fantastic.

This is what I said to Pack Your Bags in an email:

What took you so long to deliver my hat? It was ordered yesterday afternoon but didn't arrive until this morning! {;-)

Excellent and fast service. Rates of goods could be lower similar to competitors. Overall very satisfied.

£25 cheaper than anywhere else, ordered late on Monday arrived Wednesday. Great.

Not happy to small

I ordered some of the mesh packing bags for a friend, as she had admired mine, and was delighted go get an email offering a 5% discount so rushed to order some. Imagine my disappointment when I went right through the site to paying but with no opportunity to claim my discount. I even sent an email to Customer Services to enquire why it had not been usable, no reply, another black mark!

It was the first time I had ordered anything from "Pack your bags". Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size hat. They exchanged the hat with no fuss and within a few days I was in receipt of the correct size. I was amazed by their efficiency, and wilI certainly be buying more from them in the future. It is so good to find a company that you can put your trust in.

Very plesed with my Tilley T3 Hat. Does everything it said it would and more.

I am satesfied with your product and your delivery and i will comeback back again.

I emailed a query about a product before ordering it. The email was answered the next day and the product delivered within 4working days of the order being placed. Would order from them again.

Combined hat and net arrived on time in good condition. The hat is a bit of a tight fit (no size option given) but net is very good. Had great difficulty getting hat back into carrying pouch. Not going to use it for few months but looks as if it will do the job
