As a start up clinic, Pabau on-boarding has been a pleasant experience. The team is knowledgeable and dives right in to your back office processes with great suggestions when you need a digitized or simple solution. The software is agile and can achieve just about any scenario you can think of. I will rate the experience a 10 of 10

The only thing that upset me is that Pabau didn't live upto their promise of not charging any further till I reach the minimum agreed number of patients, and they started charging me a monthly fee on top of the upfront payment for the package.

creating a points-based loyalty program has really helped boost retential. Our patients love earning rewards and Pabau made it super simple to run the program.
