Charged £138 for a job that took approx 75-90 minutes.
I notice the franchisee is selling business so probably not interested in repeat business.

Booked my 2 year old double oven in for a valet. Sam from Ovenu Grantham turned up on time and set about work. He took the oven apart and put various parts in the van. On completion, he opened the oven/grill doors and let me look inside. I wish I'd paid more attention to the oven finish - the glass was still stained, food was still visible around the door, the racks have a white coating on them, the seal has white powder coming off it, the clock above the oven has been scratched to hell and he didn't do a particularly good job at cleaning up - I found food residue down the front and inside my cupboards as well as under the rug that he moved/covered. As a military person, I have had several ovens cleaned professionally on 'march out' of quarters, for a lot less and they did a proper job. For £90, I would have expected a better experience. I won't be using Ovenu Grantham again.

I found paul to be very friendly and the reason I had him in was because my cooker was in state. I'm was utterly AMAZED at the job he did, from making sure he put mats down to save mess to the little tidy at the end.. I would gladly recommend him to anyone. Very professional and again an amazing job. Thanks Paul.

Superb service from Paul in Norwich. The previous owner left the oven completely covered in BLACK ‘stuff’. Tried everything on the market to clean it even chemical stuff which I don’t like using. I contacted Paul at ovenu, a charming, efficient person. I am so very pleased with my oven now - it’s as new. Thank you so much.

Had Nigel round to clean my oven and replace the filter on the extractor fan. What an amazing job - it's like a new oven!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE - This franchise carry out good work when they first visit (although more expensive than their competitors). They unfortunately book you a repeat appointment a year later on an arbitrary date without obtaining prior agreement. They then charge you full price for a service when they find you are not at home!!!

Wow. Iv just had Peter come and clean my oven and I can honestly say that it looks like new now. I’m really impressed and would highly recommend.

Very disappointed…..After the technician left having ‘cleaned’ our range cooker which had obviously cost more (£140) to clean than a single oven, I put both ovens on as instructed for the required time. This is when I noticed the glass hob hadn’t been cleaned and both oven doors had brown marks all over them where they hadn’t been cleaned properly. I sent a text message the same evening expressing my disappointment and was told he would come back to rectify the problem and would be in contact with me again. That was 12 weeks ago, and to add insult to injury he came to clean our next door neighbours oven before Christmas! Wouldn’t recommend this Company!

Jeremy Beard from Dorchester is a franchisee of this company. His service was brilliant. Arrived at the time agreed and our oven now looks almost showroom clean. Amazing result as due to disability it has not been cleaned for ages and is eleven years old.
Tidy, clean worker and no caustic chemicals used. Will definitely book again.

I had ovenu clean my oven on the 31st of July and they broke my gaggenau oven, after chasing the engineer constantly for a date for them to return and fix my oven, he offered me £300 for my oven when the oven costs in region of £6000, and suggested I sell my matching coffee machine and hot plate and hopefully I should have a £1000. He suggested I sell my belongings rather than he fix what he broke and he claims this a substantial offer!!!!!!
Avoid at all cost,
I have even contacted the director of the company and he has informed me I need to take it up with the engineer, at the very least you would expect to be offered a temporary replacement oven so you can cook dinner).
But nothing…. I have spoken to citizens advice and even though they said it would be very easy for me in court I have now hired a lawyer so I can I at least cook Christmas dinner.
I will update each day on the results

Ovenu arrived on time and covered around the oven before starting. The oven and grill are now gleaming with no mess or fuss.Will use Ovenu again.

When I spoke to Richard he mentioned a showroom finish and that is exactly what I got. Nice friendly bloke, excellent service. Only problem I have now is that it would be a shame to use my oven. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing. My Rangemaster is 25yrs old and looks brand new. The lads were on tine,really friendly and did an exceptional job.

It was the first time my partner and I used an oven cleaning company and it certainly exceeded our expectations. A friend recommended Ovenu Poole, I sent an enquiry through their website and within 24h it was all confirmed and booked. Rob carried out the cleaning, he’s very friendly and easy to get on with. We had both ovens cleaned as well as hob, hood and microwave; by the time Rob finished everything look brand new, we were speechless and couldn’t believe we were staring at the same appliances. We would 100% recommend Ovenu without hesitation to anyone who needs this type of service and we will certainly be using them again. Thank you Rob.
