Excellent service from Kenny and Lewis. They have done an excellent job cleaning our range master oven. Really professional and friendly and done the job quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!

Tom, the Ovenu franchisee, did a good job on both my ovens, although I had to insist he took the glass off the inside of the main oven, which he really didn't want to do in case the catches holding it on broke. If he hadn't done that, I would have been left with a really long, annoying streak inbetween the panes. He said that was caustic cleaning materials and wouldn't come off anyway, but it did wipe straight off and the door looks immaculate now. The problem is the hob. All five cast iron trivets were fine when Tom arrived, but the day after he left when I used the back burner for the first time, I noticed a crack right through one of the trivets. I sent him a picture the next day but he just insisted it had been fine when he left and I must have done something to it once he'd gone. I only glanced over the hob when he was going, so obviously I hadn't spotted it then, and it has rusted now so it's really obvious which it wouldn't have been when it was a new crack. Because I signed to say the job was fine, he wouldn't even consider replacing the trivet, even though to me it's completely obvious the crack happened during the cleaning process. How could it possibly have happened between him leaving and me using the hob? I didn't even touch the hob. Tom spent a lot of time telling me how well insured he is compared with other local oven cleaners, so it's hard to understand why he won't accept liability. Anyway, my advice if you're thinking of using Ovenu is check the job over REALLY carefully before signing.

Keith from Amersham Ovenu spent 3 hours working hard and the result was like new.
He was quiet and efficient and the two ovens were sparkling by the time he had finished.
Very pleased - will come again!

Following my exemplary Pork Belly roast, management issued an ultimatum regarding the oven. Thankfully David from Ovenu Bristol East, turned up exactly on time, was professional and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The oven (Bosch) was actually cleaner than when it was delivered new, with no marks on the stainless finish and everything inside crystal clean. Even management said she was impressed ! I highly recommend Ovenu Bristol East.

I requested a clean on a 22 year old cooker which was well overdue …. My guy was not daunted he worked beyond his allocated time slot (probably) to clean my awful oven and make it look new again …. I’m sure I made him late for his next booking !!! I made sure he was compensated …. What a fabulous artisan x

Oven far from clean afterwards. I’ve had to wash everything down inside including the wire racks.
They did not show up in the day the appointment was scheduled for snd were very late the day when they did come. I’ve had much better experiences with other companies.

This company asked to change appointment time twice , then moved it from am to pm on the day , then didn't turn up .I Have called them 4 times since January and been promised a refund of my deposit ,but have not received my refund .Will not be using them ever again

(Sadly I had employed another local company that did a poor job of cleaning the oven and hadn’t even touched half of it. Oven Wizards Northallerton stay well clear of!) I've never had such a pleasant efficient hard skilful workman as Simon who transformed my cooker back to its new pristine condition.there was no mess to clean up and he even removed his shoes on entering .look nowhere else for your oven clean as it can't get any better than this.thanks to Simon from ovenu wirral

Never believed the two ovens and racks including the steel work outside could come up so clean - the whole thing looks brand new. Andy was so thorough and considerate, didn't rush and was careful in preparation and tidy up afterwards. A guest from Canada was staying with us - and she's a cleaning freak! - couldn't believe her eyes and bemoaned that she'd never come across a similar service in Canada. She's now returned to seek out something similar but Andy set the bar really high. We'll recommend Andy and the OvenU system to anyone. I felt that the prices weren't high enough, to be honest. I'd want much more to do it myself! :-) (Even supposing I knew how and had the right materials!)
