Wow , my range ovens looks like new , very happy with this service . Attila phoned me to tell me he was on his way , His work is amazing and left my kitchen floor spotless , very very happy .
I'm so disappointed with this service
I'm so disappointed with this service. While the clean was good, we ordered, and paid for, oven mats which never arrived. We called three times with repeated promises that they would turn up. They didn't! I've now asked for a refund for the mats and they promised to process that last week, and I've not received that refund. Just tried to call and my call just got cut off. Really poor customer service. What started off as a good experience ended up being awful. Don't use them!

My sister has had a very bad experience with This company they are cheaters, due to ill health she had to cancel on the day he was due to come only to be told she was not allowed to have my £37.50 deposit returned because she cancelled within the 24 hour period how likely was she to know that the doctor was going to instruct her to attend the hospital on the Day they were due to come?she has been told that see can reschedule but at the moment goodness knows when that will be, all she wants is for her money to be refunded. I’ve tried to ring them on her behalf to reason with them, but they’re not having any of it so be warned. Stay well away from this company unless you’ve got money to waste.

Do not use this company. Significant cosmetic damage caused to the wall next to my oven during the clean. I raised a complaint the same day and was asked to email the photos. Since then I have spent 2 weeks phoning to find out what the next step is to resolve the issue. They tell you it is with the complaints department and they will ring, they don't you have to chase. I was then told it is with a director and they will ring me on the Friday. I did not receive a phone call. I have phoned this morning and have been told there is no supervisor, manager, member of complaints department or director available before Wednesday. Customer service is appalling, they do not care about the damage they do. Avoid!

I booked an oven and fridge clean over a month ago which was cancelled when I realised their 'amazing offer' and 'lowest prices' were in fact well over competitor prices.
They have now held on to my deposit of £45 for over 6 weeks and despite 4 phone calls, all you get is 'this is being escalated' or 'it's been passed to the accounts team. Customer support basically do nothing, there is zero response from the feedback email and you can't speak to any manager.
Do NOT give this fraudulent company your money or your trust.
Only 3/4 of oven cleaned!
I would first of all like to say that the gentleman who came out to clean my oven was very friendly, helpful and cleaned up after himself, so I have no issues with him in the slightest.
My problem is that I was told I would be emailed a receipt, but I wasn't. The website clearly states "we ensure every part of the oven is brought back to new". The parts of my oven that were cleaned were indeed brought back to new. What they don't tell you is that they don't clean the top of the oven where the elements are, so only 3/4 of the oven is cleaned. Not all of your hob will be cleaned either if you have a gas hob!
When booking online, you will pay a deposit and they will then call you to take the remaining balance and try to get you do add more to your booking hob cleaning or extractor fan for example. wanted to charge me £25 to clean my extractor fan, and this was a deal!
Their website also states that they have a Trustpilot rating of 4, I suggest this be reviewed!

I wouldn't even give them One Star
We were planning on selling our house and wanted the oven cleaned prior to viewings. A guy turned up and seemed really nice so left him to it. After he had gone I realised that he hadn't cleaned the back panel of the oven and that what he sprayed into the oven (some kind of acid based cleaner) also caught the surrounding decorative aluminium panels on either side of the oven. When I contacted the company to complain I was asked to provide photographic proof, which I did. I was then asked to provide a quote from the kitchen Co who supplied the kitchen, which I did. By the time I was contacted re all this, our house had been viewed several times and we received an offer to purchase. As we were shortly to leave our property, I decided that I didn't want to go through all the hassle of replacing the surrounding panels and so simply requested the refund of my £40 fee. I was told on several occasions that my refund had been sent, which was a lie, then I was asked to complete a form with my bank details, which I did twice during June. It is now the middle of July and I have still not received my refund. I certainly won't be recommending Oversupport to anyone.

I booked an online appointment today. Didn't receive a confirmation. Called to enquire. Spoke to Louis who despite me telling him I ONLY wanted an oven clean tried to sell me everything! He then asked to take my balance which I thought was paid on the day. On their website they have pictures saying they have a 5* trust pilot review .. silly of me not to check as I dont think they ll be showing up next week... hopefully they prove me wrong and I can edit this review.

If it wasn’t for the fact the scale does not include negative stars, this is as low as I can go.
Approximately 4 weeks ago, I paid £600 for all my kitchen applicances and BBQ to be cleaned. This felt like alot of money at the time but I was guarnteed an excellent job with professional service that would also include replacing any bulbs required with the applicance. The technicians spent a maximum of 1hr at my property and did not clean the applicances specified on the order, did not replace any bulbs and also broke the inside ceramic bowl in my Big Green Egg outdoor overn. 3-4 weeks on, my damaged external oven has not been supplied with the replacement part so remains un-usable. The free reclean of all of my appliacnes was scheduled for this morning, the technician turned up and promptly informed me he was not aware of the scope of the reclean work that was agreed and left witing 5 minutes of arriving. We were told the technician would be here by 8am, he arrived after 9am and then, as stated, left within 5 mins. Having completely disparred with the lack of competenmce and service from Ovensupport, I requedt a full refund which ‘will be raised to the Director’. The competemce of this company, terrible service, inability to cooirdinate between admin staff and mobile technicians is like nothing I have seen befiore. STAY AWAY! Next stop, trtading standards
I booked a morning visit with Oven Support
I booked a morning visit with Oven Support on the 10th of June, for Tuesday 17th June to clean my oven. I paid £45 as a deposit.
On Monday 16th June, I was called to say my visit had been changed to the afternoon, 12 pm to 3 pm, not overly convenient but went with it. I also paid the remaining £45. On Monday evening, I had an email to say my visit was now between 12pm & 4pm. No longer convenient, I had a dentist appointment at 4.30pm that I wasn’t prepared to cancel at such short notice.
I called Oven Support on Tuesday to say this wasn’t convenient, I explained that the times had been changed. I asked for my money to be refunded. I was told as I was cancelling on the day I would lose £45. I said this wasn’t reasonable as they had changed the times, not me. The “customer care person”, wasn’t interested! She said I could rebook for next week, they had an “open diary” so I asked for the Tuesday morning slot of 24th June. I was then told that I would be contacted on Monday 23rd to confirm the visit & I was told that even though I had requested a morning visit, this may again be changed to the afternoon. I agreed to this, I didn’t really feel that I had much choice.
The following day I emailed to cancel the visit; they emailed to acknowledge the cancelled visit. I emailed them to ask for a full & immediate refund, I didn’t receive a reply, so I emailed them again on Thursday still no response to my 2nd email. I called the company on Friday & asked for accounts, I was told that it would be 28 days for a refund. When I explained that it took seconds to take both payments, to book a service that didn’t happen, I asked why it would take so long to issue a refund. The response was “ that is the system”. I told accounts that if I didn’t get a confirmation email of my refund by 5 Pm I would contact Amex for an instant refund & I would leave a poor review. Amex are looking at the situation, I sent Amex the emails for proof…. And this is my review.
I only gave a 1 star as I couldn't leave a NO star rating!

Easy Booking, Hassle Free Although A Little Pricey
We had Connor from Halifax visit us after we moved into our new house the previous owners had left them in a right state. Connor was on time, quickly and quietly when about his work. The ovens look like new, great job Connor. They are a little bit pricey but if you want some there quickly to do a great job, I would recommend. It seems there’s a lot of mixed reviews but I though the service was excellent.

Tom called and then arrived on time and did a splendid job of cleaning my oven, hob and dishwasher. Excellent customer service skills and respected my property. Great asset to the company.
Down side was the massive amount of calls, emails and texts sent by the company I felt that I was being stalked.
Total scammer
Total scammer, took money for goods, never delivered and refused to issue a refund stating I would never get a refund until I return the goods I didn’t receive, and would give any proof that they even sent them.
