The operative broke my cooker fused all my electricity I had no cooking facilities for a week I had to pay to get my cooker repaired they have not refunded my money despite receiving an email from them stating they would refund my oven clean payment every phone call I make I have been lied to repeatedly they do not acknowledge emails that have been sent I have contacted trading standards
This company are a bunch of crooks cowboys & liars they have no moral compass do not use them

I feel so foolish for paying up front. They kept postponing the appointment with no notice. Am now trying to get my money back. Avoid these scammers.

After paying the full amount upfront for my oven to be cleaned, they cancelled at the last minute. It’s been three weeks and still no refund!!!
After trawling through the reviews how is this Company getting away with it?
They of course will reply to this review, like they did the last one apologetic and promising their accounts department will issue an immediate refund! Nothing to date, no doubt blaming the busy Christmas holiday.
Please don’t use them for your own peace of mind and loss of funds.

My oven and hob were due to be cleaned on the 16th Dec and they cancelled the booking on the 10th Dec. To be fair I was offered the 30th Dec to rebook but I wasn’t given a time so I asked for a refund. I have now been waiting since the 10th Dec to get my deposit back despite chasing several times. Very annoying

My appointment was cancelled twice at the last minute when I had stayed in all afternoon for them. They then offered me appointments that were at much later dates.

Absolutely shocked to be told that after Paying the deposit for this oven clean on the confirmation call they wanted to whole balance to be paid before coming out to clean the oven. I expressed my concern about this and was told that I would lose my deposit if I did not go through with the clean. Completely unapologetic and unprofessional. Would never use again

Booking process was straightforward. A reminded email was sent to be the day before. However, on the day the cleaner did not attend the appointment. No phone call or text was sent to me. I rang to request a refund, only to be told that the refund will take several weeks. I will not be rebooking with this company to be let down again. Poor customer service.

One star is generous. If I had a worst enemy I wouldn't reccomend them this service. Paid upfront for an afternoon clean on a specific date and time, at 8pm the night before I got a text saying the cleaner would arrive first thing in the morning. Had to reschedule then the cleaner broke my oven door during the clean. It has been over a month and they still haven't repaired it as promised. Whenever I call up I'm told to wait to hear back from them as they need to order a part. No timeframe given. Looking like I won't have an oven in time for Christmas despite booking an October clean. Ridiculous. Joke of a company.

Scott did a fantastic job this morning. Our oven looks like new. He was punctual, friendly and efficient and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

STILL NO SATISFACTION FROM THE OVEN SUPPORTS TEPLY. SAYING THEY L LOOK INTO IT AND GET BACK TO ME. E MAILED AGAIN N AGAIN BUT NOTHING. NO COMPENSATION AS PROMISED ORIGINALLY FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT.
LEFT ME 5 WEEKS WITH A BROKEN OVEN. THEY BROKE IT CLEANING IT. THEN CHARGED ME £80 FOR THE PRIVILEGE ! COULDN'T COOK. THREW LOTS OF FOOD AWAY. THEY V NEVER EVEN RESPONDED. THEY HAVANT EVEN OFFERED SOMETHING DREADFUL COMPANY. D. M.

My oven is like brand new again, thankyou to Farid who did an amazing job, will definately recommend, and will be using again, a very happy customer, thankyou Farid.

Oven was due to be cleaned today but when I asked for time slot, told he was poorly and reschedule for another 8 days. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Quality of clean was very sub standard, what is more frustrating disappointing is lack of professionalism with now no response to 3 emails. There is damage to oven door handle and within the internal of the oven. Looks like the product used has not been removed properly. Have sent emails raising formal complaint along with photographs and unfortunately had no acknowledgement or response. Now thinking my only option is small claims court.

Over all the oven clean was very satisfactory, but we payed for two oven mats which we were told would arrive in the post within a couple of days, one week later and they still have not arrived,the operator on the phone gave the same spill everytime we called them and when we asked for a refund we were told that another two have been dispatched and until they arrive and we send them back , no refund we be given . Do not trust this company, they scam you anyway they can .

Very poor clean today. Thought the job would have been done better. My oven doors etc certainly not sparkling like advertised. Very disappointed. Guy tripped our electricity breaker. Will not use again and would not recommend I want to add photos to show how poor clean was

My oven was cleaned within the time window given, and it was cleaned to a high standard, fast. I have had no issues with this company!

We were visited this morning by this company to clean an AEG double oven. They arrived on time and a very pleasant young man cleaned our 12 year old in built oven in around an hour. The thing looks like it’s just been fitted brand new out of the box. Every part of it looks fantastic. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning job. Brilliant.

We received a better cooker, hood and grill pan clean than ever before.
The appliance looked like new and the cleaner was polite and very helpful.
I would recommend from my experience.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs. They performed a very poor oven clean and compounded that error by spilling contaminated cleaning fluid all over an expensive solid oak kitchen floor. They persistently failed to answer calls/emails to get compensation or action to sort out the damage. If you decide to use their company to get your oven cleaned, having read this - you only have yourself to blame. Terrible company.

This is absolutely a scam. I was stupid enough to be upsold and pay in advance…. they caught me in a busy moment at work. When I reflected on the conversation I found the reviews and realised what was happening. My clean was due today - exactly 30mins before my slot, I received a message to say the cleaner has been pulled off the road. Am now contacting my bank to cancel the direct debit they’ve no doubt set up without my permission.
Please, please, please don’t give them your money.
