Super easy to set up and use - workflows are pretty flexible and intuitive.
The Outplay team is great - super responsive and helps troubleshoot. Often problems are user errors with inclusion/exclusion filters i have found.
Reporting could be more customizable but no big miss to worry about especially if you are like us and dashboard activity from all sources out of CRM and data warehouse anyway, and it logs activity to the correct systems for reporting there perfectly.
The software is easy to use and interface is simple.
Customer support is quick and responsive in helping out any kind of issues with the product
Great software that easily does what it is made for=> Cold Outbound.
Makes it super simple to setup sequences to be sent to potential prospects.
Great onboarding process, team at Outplay happy to take you through a 1-1 walk through of the platform. Very feature rich and user friendly. Perhaps the only slight lag is the number of integrations into other platforms but no doubt that will catch up.
Great tool for its purpose, connects with Hubspot and does the job. I wish they had a better way to prevent sending emails to bounced contacts. Support was great!
The tool is very powerful in terms of running campaigns and the onboarding and customer success team is at its best. Email tracking and visibility of teams performance helps a lot in report generation.

They simply continued trying to invoice us and repeated ignoring us when we said we had already cancelled. Avoid like the plague unless you want to spend months trying to cancel and repeated saying you won’t be paying invoices for a service you no longer use.

Great tool. I did +30 hours of research to see which tool is the best one. Between Reply, SalesLoft, Lemlist and Outreach I found Outplay more complete and better User Interface.
We have been using tools like Outreach, Reply.io, and a few other tools for sales outreach. We then purchased OutplayHQ. We couldn’t have been happier. Their support team is so awesome that it’s superior to some of the enterprise software products we purchased for more than $30K to $50K per year. They’re super helpful, and will even go out of their call of duty to make sure you’re super successful.
They have also been continuously improving their product. In the last 2 years since I started using their product, they have added dozens of new features, and several integrations. For instance, we use Hubspot for marketing automation. It integrates seamlessly with Hubspot, and keep things sync’ed well.
Overall, I would give them a A+, and I wish I could rate them higher. Keep up the good work, Outplay team.
