At the beginning of the year, we purchased a subscription to start using the platform. We lost a huge amount of time and money due to their buggy software. The customer service is terrible - extremely slow responses and no real help. They don’t acknowledge their own issues and refuse to issue refunds. It honestly feels like a scam.
Even after canceling the subscription (which had to be done outside of their platform), we’re still receiving invoices and receipts.
Absolutely do not recommend.

cannot beat the customer service response times. I have often reached out to clarify an issue or ask for a request and the response time is instant. With other platforms you could be waiting days...
Excellent customer service and amazing powerful tool!
This tool is extremely valuable. But what I like best are the super helpful "how to articles" and the super fast customer support that helps me resolve all issues wicked fast.
Another perk is that Outplay let's me pay month-to-month, which is great for my start up where my license numbers are fluctuating regularly. This way I don't pay for un-used licenses.
Very valuable, has changed my sales process and increased touch points. Looking forward to scaling this up further.

Personally, I think their support is absolutely great. Their speed to respond to queries and readiness to assist with any issue, is really exceptional.
The product is okay. The support is the best I've ever had (Varun) so it means I can actually use the product well. Makes a big difference.
Outplay is a great tool for a small company like ours. It increases the productivity in sales and relationship management immediately. After some practice, the quality also increases, for example with intelligence Sequence designs and seamless integration to our Salesforce CRM, which cannot deliver. We had Outplay recommended from our external Salesforce consultant among many opportunities on a headline basis, including stuff like HubSpot.
I should add we are in a conservative industry of professional sales in the higher echelons of investment management. We do not reach out to 100 targets a day, but we still feel we can learn a lot from the true sales professionals in call centres. This includes tools like these; sales-related videoes, high quality It tools and much more.
Regarding the service, I will just copy the below review, because it is also my experience:

I cannot begin to express how unbelievably chill the Outplay team is. I dropped a message in the help chat expecting to get some generic advice in a day or two to read a resource doc I'd already read. Instead, Priyanka jumped right in with me to diagnose some challenging integration issues and got them resolved quickly and collaboratively. Manthan and the AE team are great resources and do an amazing job of positioning you to succeed.

The product: I previously used Salesloft and was married to it, I found it ugly like most marriages end up :P I started to look for another solution and didn't have the best sales experience with other big providers. Outplay were there for all my queries and didn't get impatient with my endless questions.
The implementation was super quick with Hubspot integration and then we were up and running very soon after that.
The workflows are quicker to work through enabling you to make more dials in a fraction of the time of other platforms, the sequence is super easy to use and setup. You don't really need much training to use this platform.
I'd 100% recommend Outplay to others, one bit of feedback would be to make the UI a little more clearer, it could look more professional and appealing to enterprise.

Outplay is an AMAZING tool, for any business that needs to do sales emails and put them into a sequence. It is perfect for Recruiters but it can be used by any business. I am a small business Recruiter and I tried multiple tools out to see if they would work for my small business. I tried Hubspot (it was very complicated for me to figure out and expensive), I tried both ActiveCampaign and ActiveDemand, I tried Intersteller (all of these were pretty complicated). I finally found Outplay and it is PERFECT for my needs. You can learn it in about 10 minutes in a youtube video. The price is also RIGHT. Not expensive at all. You will absolutely 1000% get your money back.
I am also super super happy with the support I've received. The support and tech support is over the top amazing. Most places like Zoom, RingCentral - I dont' know name ANY business service, you are talking to a Robot on Chat and screaming into the phone HELP ME!!! I have a literal nervous breakdown when I need help. With Outplay they are emailing you personally to help you the second you need five minutes of help.
I NEVER NEVER EVER write these reviews but that is how happy I am to write a review for them. They asked me to write a review and I am MORE THAN HAPPY to do this for them because of the over the top support they have given me to get me up and going on this platform that I know will at least triple my business in 2023. The tool is very helpful and intuitively easy to use. I'm very happy with the smooth integration with our current CRM. Outplay is worth its costs for sure.
I have one remark regarding leads/accounts search feature, which is not user-friendly and takes more time than their competitors in comparison.
I also faced several technical issues, that made me spend some time resolving them, but customer support help is brilliant and all my inquiries were considered immediately.
