Where is my Pergola?

I order a Pergola, and paid for it as the delivery was before my wife's birthday, it is now 3 weeks late and still not arrived. The only number I can call doesn't go through to anyone and the second delivery date has now passed, emails to ask for an update have been ignored I don't know where I stand.

Slow delivery; Ascalon arch spikes too short

As with other recent reviewers, my item took longer to arrive than it should have. Ordered May 22; promised for June 1 to 3. A loyalty voucher arrived on May 29, before any sign of the item having been shipped. I went back to them and said I was hardly likely to use the voucher when my first order had not yet been sent. They apologised, blaming a reorganisation and change of ownership. Eventually arrived June 4. These delays will not be helping the new owners make a success of the business!
The item (Ascalon Vintage Arch) is fine except that the legs are too short. Only 6 inches into the ground is nowhere near enough for an item of this size. To be fair, the product description does say this, but it's still not enough to stop it tilting over too easily. I had to do some creative engineering to extend the legs.

No customer service at all.

I contacted this company to return a gazebo which was damaged and not fit for purpose. Photos and proof of purchase were sent in line with their returns policy. I received no reply and no reply to a follow-up email and a voicemail .Have now raised a section 75 claim with Barclaycard . Abysmal customer service from Outdoor Iconic. I would not purchase from them again

Good quality

Firstly, I would like to say that the gazebo we purchased is of very good quality as well as being extremely beautiful.

But, the delivery time was slow. The communication from outdoor iconic was very good. But unfortunately there website should say delivery can take upto three weeks.
Unfortunately we weren’t given a tracking number. For others this could be a problem. For us it wasn’t as I’m mostly always home.

Over all, I would definitely say to purchase whatever it is you want as the quality is very good. You might be lucky with your delivery & receive within the three days stated on the website when we made our purchase.

There delivery system can do with an overhaul.

Good quality

Having purchased our Bird cage gazebo, we waited with anticipation for the delivery.

After a week of nothing. I emailed the company. They did get back to me after I sent a second email. They explained the problem with delivery & the restructuring of their business.

I did say that they really should put that on their web site.
And also perhaps they should put that delivery can take three weeks!
Then we as customers wouldn’t feel let down.

Their communication was good, better than most I would say. They would email me back anytime had a query.

About the Gazebo

It is excellently manufactured, very sturdy & an extremely beautiful new addition to our garden. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking. You will not be disappointed.
Would I purchase from the seller again, yes I would.

Never delivered.

Ordered a sauna, patiently waited 3 weeks with no updates, then when chased was informed that my sauna is in fact out of stock and order will be refunded. No refund so far. Company sits on your money for weeks, and unsure if I'll get my money back now. Take your business elsewhere.

I want to clarify that the delays were due to poor transparency from one of our overseas suppliers at the time. We have since ended our agreement with that supplier to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. We fully accepted the chargeback request at that time to ensure your funds were returned, and I hope this matter was resolved for you. We strive to provide a much higher standard of service, and I am truly sorry we failed to meet those expectations in your case.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking! Do not use this company, they sold me a 3k sauna and sent me a 1.5k sauna!
The feeble guy on the end of the phone refused to speak to me after I complained!
Do not buy off this company as you will regret it 100%

Good product, not so good delivery or follow up

Pros - great price for what seems to be quite a good quality product.
Cons - missing parts, the wrapped shipment had bits dropping out as delivery men dropped it off... Missing screws, chains, hinges, wood pieces, no instructions. I used the live chat and was told the company would email me back but have yet to hear anything. You get what you pay for I guess.
UPDATE - I didn't realise the product was sourced from a third party and, as such, rectifying the missing parts would take time. I have now had a response from the third party and told it will be another week for the missing parts, which has delayed my project significantly. That said, they have agreed to send the missing parts and Outdoor Iconic have sorted the issue, it is just frustrating that it has taken this long for delivery in the first place and then sorting the missing pieces. My order was placed a month ago.

I’m truly sorry for the experience you’ve had with your order and the lack of timely updates. This certainly isn’t the level of service we strive to provide.

The Red Light Rising Advantage Wrap you ordered was expected to arrive with you by 12th September, but unfortunately, our supplier oversold their stock during an event which caused an unforeseen delay. We only received confirmation afterwards that new stock would not be available until 28th September.

I completely understand your frustration, especially given the cost of the item and the time you’ve been waiting. We’ve already reached out to you directly to offer either a full refund or to have your order prioritised for delivery as soon as the new stock lands by 28th September.

Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and I appreciate you raising this so we can put things right.

Openess and honesty when things don't go to plan

We all love companies when things are going well but the real measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go well.

I ordered an NIR therapy light from Outdoor Iconic in June 2025, after a few days I had a very polite email to inform me that the unit I had requested was out of stock with the supplier and offering choices: wait, change to an EU model, recieve a refund.

Ultimately I chose to wait and the seller has been great in the meantime at keeping me updated and occasionally offering to refund or swap to a different product if I was getting impatient.

I have now received my lamp and am very pleased with the quality of the unit but the main point is that all the way through Outdoor Iconic were honest with me and gave me options. In this case, they were let down by their supplier but did everything they could to make it right for me.

Clearly an honest and trustworthy company and, despite the delay, I'd have no issue in ordering from them again.

Easy of order and assembly

Was initially sceptical about ordering this bed. But the whole process as easy and the communication from the courier was spot of with emails and tracking to the driver calling me 20mins before he arrived so did not have to wait at home all day. The bed once you had read the instructions and split the bolts it was easy though I would recommend having someone to help you.
