I’ve been over charged on the 2 for 1 deal @ £9.98 plus £3.99 delivery .. should be £13.97 not £17 ., no email from you to confirm order and no way of sorting it out . I’m not sure I’ll receive it . 😡

I bought “foundation make up discolouration and adjusting naked”.
It is useless and does not work or cover up at all. I’m still awaiting response on how to send back and receive a refund!

Scam don’t waste money . Face cream utter rubbish

Placed an order this morning and received confirmation e-mail quoting price. then received another e-mail almost straight away quoting higher price. I have e-mailed them to change it or cancel the order. Otherwise I will be contacting my bank.
Wish I had seen these reviews before i ordered

Paid by Apple Pay and got confirmation. 5 minutes later got email saying higher price. The email for customer service doesn’t work and just bounces back. The buttons on the confirmation to complain send you to a chat which also doesn’t work. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Nothing went wrong as I never bought anything. However, I noticed all the four and five star reviews are people who have never reviewed anything else. The one star reviews (no 2 or 3 stars) are from people who have made multiple prior reviews. I think this tells you all you need to know about this company.

Definitely scammers. I have the same scenario as most on here. Charged £17.12 when order summary is £14.27. I don't hold out too much hope for the foundation neither by the sounds of it. Any 5* or 4* reviews on here have got to be fake. You've been warned!!

Ordered mature face cream absolutely useless and clearly a scam. Customer service constantly ignored emails

Overcharged for foundation, more than agreed price was taken from bank account, foundation does not change colour as advertised, does not look anything like foundation as does not add any colour or coverage

So like most people on here I have ordered the buy 1 get 1 free offer. It says if you spend £9:99 free delivery. I was charged delivery then £17:12 was taken from my bank account. I am going to take it up with my bank as I’m getting nowhere with emails and can’t find them on Facebook. Avoid

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
As all the other 1* reviews say. The total in your cart says one thing. When it comes out of your account they take more than you agreed to. It also offers buy one get one free but when the actual confirmation email comes through there is only 1 item. In conclusion, they rip you off twice.

I emailed customer service and advised I was contacting my bank to report a fraud and they refunded the difference immediately and apologised

Ordered foundation charged one price on invoice but charged extra when payment taken from my credit card. No response to emails.

Just ordered and have an email confirming order £14, charged my ApplePay £17!

Also delivery fees not made clear until after you pay, then added on, not sure how they can do this?

I ordered the colour changing foundation which offered free brushes and sponges. When it came the foundations were different and there were no brushes or sponges. The company said the foundation was the same even though I proved that it wasn't. They said only the first 200 orders were sent the brushes and sponges. They offered me £2 compensation for 4 items, 50p an item. Can't be trusted. EDIT: I tried the product as they wouldn't help. It is only a moisturiser and does not have any colour changing qualities. Save yourself money and don't buy it.
