I ordered a pair of led trailer lights ,the purchase took forever to come and they blamed trump,and I'm in uk! And then I only got the left hand light,I explained that I had ordered trailer led lights meaning 2 lights as the ad said ,and they offered me £2 then £4 so now I have one light! What the hell good is that! Avoid this company like the plague terrible I wouldnt have left any stars if I could! Anyone want to buy 1 led light

Ordered mens pants in March. Did not receive. Emailed and then advised they would re send. Still did not recieve. Emailed again and was advised they have re sent again . Finally received item 3 moths later and pant were not as described nor did they have logo on as in advert . Emailed with photographic evidence. Offered £4 refund with no return as an option. Paid £17.99 plus p& p £4.99. . Absolutely terrible service and faudelent advertising. Would definitely not buy from this site again

I placed an order back in April this year, I was receiving updates regularly,then they stopped on the 21st may was the last contact and nothing had changed from when the parcel arrived in Manchester from America! Have attempted contact to get an update of where my goods are and nothing at all from them. Scammers!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. Ordered trousers costing £30. They did not arrive for weeks even though you get fake tracking info saying sent from USA and stuck in UK customs. Contacted them...they blamed president trump tariffs! Then goods finally arrive from China and are terrible quality wrong size etc. Probably made for less than a pound and totally awful quality. No returns policy...they offer £2 "compensation" instead! Passive aggressive responses from customer service email...saying even if I message them every day that is all they can offer. ABSOLUTE SCAM. They rely on knowing you can't return the goods as they a...don't provide return details and b....know it costs about £19 to post things back to China! So they fob you off with a tiny compensation amount rather than providing your customer rights to a return and refund.

Scam scam scam. Goods never arrive.

Products are Utter rubbish. Don't buy.
Doesn't work. No instructions. Parts that don't belong Doesn't assemble. I'm an engineer, so competence isn't the issue.

Would give no stars but can’t. So here’s my story so far. Ordered dark grey cargo pants. Taken two months to get delivery after many emails. Cargo pants are completely different design to what I ordered. They are light grey almost silver, made of the thinnest material I’ve ever seen (like shell suits from the eighties) I’ve sent several emails complaining and they have offered me a £2 yes £2 as compensation for my troubles. I’ve told them they are having a laugh and I will take this further. Seriously don’t use this company (probably get stuff from Temu then pass it on)

I ordered a pair of army trousers on 13 April 25, they arrived today 27 May 25. The size chart showed that 3xl would be my size, I can just about get the up to my knees. The fabric is so thin that if I was able to wear them and they managed to get wet, every contour would be visible.

Ordered 3x pairs of trousers in early March. Last location on tracking was Cardiff, UK on April 13th past. Despite contacting the company weeks ago, my order has still not been delivered. Have demanded refund!

Still waiting after ordering six weeks ago, when you complain all you get I’d a standard email saying give it a few more days ! My order was supposed to have been posted to me from Edinburgh 13 days ago, when you complain they blame their shipping company everytime.
They even tried to blame TRUMP once, as far as I am aware Trump does control postage from Scotland unless these scammers can prove otherwise, avoid at all costs

One star is a low as I can go! Ordered two pairs of cargo pants at the end of March! According to tracking they've been in Mullingar for nearly a month! Ask after a few enquiries is it not time to send more trousers or refund me! Email I got back told me to be patient! I think I've been patient enough! Looking at the other reviews for the same trousers looks definitely like a scam!

Ordered the hand made drummer windmill some 6 weeks ago travelled through every state in America encountered to the UK where the tracking stopped. Their 'awesome'customer service is AWOL......AVOID!!!!

Absolutely awful. Three months down the line and no delivery. After numerous complaints they admitted that they had lost the item. No surprise there then. When I asked for a refund..the say they can't because the have already posted another. Now we are in the loop!!

I’m not able to give zero stars. I ordered an item over 6 weeks ago. Periodically the ‘tracking’ lists a variety of places showing despatch from either Las Vegas or Reno coming into the UK and being processed for delivery from either Oxford or Cardiff. Despite asking for details of the delivery agent I have yet to receive a straight answer or the goods I paid for.

Ordered Dark grey cargo pant over a month ago, 14th of April 2025.
Still not arrived even after 'supposedly 'being in Birmingham since 5th of May.
I'm going to wait no more, especially after finding out what the other reviewers say.

Scam merchants. Ordered cargo pants beginning of March 2025, still waiting 19th of May. All kinds of excuses and now I've asked for my money back their not answering my Emails. Don't buy anything from this company. Website should be taken down. Robbers.

Order cargo pants months ago, tracking in formation has stopped as they are stuck somewhere, awful customer service says they can do nothing until they arrive, ask to speak to a manager and request ignored, just tell me that they hope I enjoy the trousers !!

I ordered and paid for a pair of cargo pants in March . I have had loads of updates of transit but for the last month by parcel has been stuck at Birmingham . I complain and all I get is garbage about customs delays . They are crooks . Avoid at all costs . Does anybody know the email address of the CEO. I would like to write to him or her . Thankyou

One star awarded so I can comment. At least Dik Turpin wore a mask and didn't pretend. Ordered my item on March 20th. Seven weeks later and all i have is excuses and deflection. CROOKS!

I ordered 2 pairs of men's pull up cargo pants They looked like a thick stretchy cotton in the adverts. A month later they arrived and are so thin. Shockingly bad cheap quality. Complete scam. Do not buy from this site.
