I ordered and paid 40 pounds for a pair of trainers two weeks ago and they never arrived, I am so mad at myself for falling into the trap of another scam, I'm so sick of it.
I did read the reviews on their site, all good of course, but now I wish I'd googled first and read these reviews as it sounds like the exact thing I'm going through, how do they get away with it?

Please do not order of this site it a scam I been waiting since 9/09/2024 no delivery money has gone please be careful by anything online any more

no delivery of order after 3 weeks. took my money then failed to answer any emails or calls. reported to trading standards and my bank. Do not use this company

Oh dear! I should have read the reviews first. My experience is mirrored in that of others who have left reviews. My money was taken immediately - the shoes (if you can call them that) arrived 2 weeks later. They did not fit. I couldn't get through on email or phone - any nobody got back to me. I posted them back to the 'returning warehouse' and have not heard anything since.

I do think these are scammers. It is really unpleasant treatment after they have taken your money so quickly. Shame on you!!

They are thieves. I ordered a pair of trainers, took ages to arrive and were too narrow. Returned them beginning September recorded delivery but no contact or refund

Avoid like the plague! These are not orthopaedic shoes. They are cheap and nasty chinese imports. I have had no success in contacting the company to obtain a refund, despite numerous emails.

Shoes arrived, no box just in plastic bag. Not fit for purpose cheap and not as described. No arch support and very cheap looking. Have contacted company for refund but no response on where to send them back no replies to emails!! Wish I read trust pilot first. Learnt a lesson. Do not buy from this company they are scammers

Sadly got caught out also by this company too. No details for returns but as I live local to the dy51qa returns address I thought I would visit. For everyones information and to save visits this is a very large processing unit with no link whatsoever with the company. Helpful lady who had an Evri Hgv unloading a pallets of different parcels outside. Other than reporting to trading standards I have no other option than to take the financial hit.SCAMMERS.

Never buy anything from them! Shoes arrived too small and no response from the support - unable to return. Will be raising dispute with my bank.

If I could give a zero I would. My order arrived today, like everyone else on this review site they arrived in a packaged bag no box. As I opened the package the smell of cheap plastic hit me, the website description states leather.. believe me the shoes are NOT leather.
I have tried the phone number on the website but it says mail box full, I have sent an email asking for a return address and refund. I'm going to raise a scam refund with my bank.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying - awful cheap shoes, arrived in a bin liner with no box or branding. Couldn't get any response from the website when I tried to arrange a refund. Can't believe I fell for this scam.

Stay away from this company I ordered shoes two weeks ago. I could not track the order. No communication. I contacted them several times but no response. I am now trying to get a refund through the credit card company.

NO STARS MORE ACURATE. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Absolutely awful shoes. Cheaply made and most definitely NOT orthotic support as advertised. As with other reviewers standard replies of busy etc despite daily emails for over a week from me. So I opened a dispute with PayPal who contacted them and I can only assume also received no reply as the case was closed in my favour and I got refunded. If you make a mistake and order from here dispute with your card company as orthostride will not respond to you.

Zero stars , ordered leather sandals , arrived as cheap plastic , didn't answer emails so emailed Which consumer rights they have a draft letter which you fill in and send saying which have advised me to send this , which also send a copy of it but orthostride won't accept their email next day I had a full refund but they didn't want me to return the cheap sandals ,so if you've had trouble like everyone else get in touch with Which ,hope this helps 😉

Zero stars! Ordered sandals which arrived far too Late. Poor quality. Have been trying to contact the company to find out how to return the sandals both by email and phone calls. Just get a recorded message when phoning saying they are busy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Have learnt my lesson! Seeking a refund via American Express and reporting to Trading Standards.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them!! My sandals arrived & are too small (most unusual as I always take a size 6!). I have emailed the company 6 times but just had 2 standard reply’s saying they will get back to me but very busy at the moment - this has been going on over a month now!. I doubt I will get a response. This company should not be allowed to trade!! I am going to fight purely for justice!

I ordered a pair of sandals over a month ago, they have not turned up. Emailed customer service and no reply, phone number given in website doesn't work. Says they are in Leicester, but I don't think so.

Lovely shoes..if you like a cheaply made, badly fitting, plastic moulded cheaper than chips quality shoe.
Do not touch this company with a bargepole..their customer service is non existent, and I am currently pursuing a County Court claim against them. Trading Standards have also been informed.

I ordered what were advertised as leather sandals at £27.99. I received very cheap looking synthetic sandals which were not worth £27.99.
I wish I had been sensible and read the reviews! I have cut my losses and have not bothered with the hassle of trying to send back or get a refund as obviously a waste of time and energy.
BUT PLEASE BE WARNED AND DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM.

Took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, wrong size Sent. Not only that but cheap rubbish, hard shoe. The shoes that arrived, no box, just plastic wrapper, are definitely not worth what I paid. No responses to emails, avoid this company at all costs!
